Join Caldari - just a few jumps from Nourv (which is really close to Jita) you can farm offensive LP in plexes in Nisuwa and Notoras. |

Don't listen to chatgris. Nennamaila is a way better system for caldari to offensive plex, and it's only 2 jumps from highsec system Ichoriya! |

Dear Potential FW Side I decide:
I cannot make up my mind on what the BEST isk pe hour ratio is. I want to Join the BEST one the one that will make me the most money. Mind you I doubt I will be of any use to the war effort or holding/defending/taking plexes.
I would not mind if you could also point out a nice quiet pocket system where I can set up a POS.
Also please tell me a few good plexing fits. I need it to be able to fit a cloak and a stab or two if possible. What is the BEST ship for plexing?
Thank you in advance for all the information I need to make loads of isk. Not like I will be a factor in your war effort or anything so I will ask anymore quistions I have in the general militia chat.
Again thanks for the help.

OP
Also thank you CCP for providing a NICE way to make isk. I dont mind the fact that CCP designed to support new commers to pvp to be able to support themselves with new ships and have fun.
I'm not really here for that all my null-sec buddies say that fw money is so easy to make I will just take advantage of this loophole untill CCP comepletly changes the design. PVP'ers supporting themselves? Not my problem. Crashing the fw lp store mods/implants market while I'm at it.
Also what is the BEST LP item to exchange for Maximum lp whoring?
Thanks in advance guys |

Another thread where we get mad at players for playing the game as it is designed.
As if it's op's fault that the best plexing fits have cloaks and stabs.
people should really just chill out. The people who plex incessantly and avoid pvp are the ones who do the most plexing and give the most vp toward the war effort. Thats the way the game is designed. Make faction war occupancy pvp instead of pve https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=53815&#post53815

OP, everyone in this thread including me dislike people with the attitude you appear to have toward the game. Players that are looking for an easy game "gold" return and aren't really "competitively playing" the game, contrary to the way it was intended, are going to get flak here. One asks, what do you want all the isk for? Is it to purchase a special pimp ride with pimp mods and engage in more pve? Whatever get's you off I suppose.
If so, that's better than the platoons of suspected ethnic groups that appear to engage in the in-game money race as a means of rl money making. FW appears to be full of that atm. Between 7:00 - 13:00 eve time being prime time for these types. And these farmers are often stabbed and cloaked. They don't give a **** how they impact the game. Maybe they need the little extra cash or let's hope not, to feed their families. But most of us aren't going to feel guilty if CCP boots them from the game for making it less of a game.
Well to answer your question, it is all to do with supply and demand curves, production costs, etc. Can you not put some effort into figuring this out on your own? Certain ships or mods are prized for their use either in pvp or pve. For instance, presently, navy apocs, are prized for pvp. Navy ravens for pve. Then one must consider how many competitors there are in supplying these ships. Then how often are these ships lost and thus more demand created. Also, one can look simplistically at the current tier level for each faction and miss the true factoring that must be had. Are the tiers goign to remain static? And of course all that is to miss that in the (near? one year?) future all the base hulls will have gone through a round of rebalancing and faction hulls may have been rebalanced as well. So whatever faction you figure/choose to be the "best" now may not be the best for lp to isk return later. That navy mega that sees a small market currently could be the next fotm.
Additionally, the fw mechanics could get another tweek. Let's hope so. And your whole idea of farming fw for gold could go out the window. Most of the long term folks are in it for the fun of internet spaceship combat. And they don't want gold diggers like you appear to be, ruining their fun. CCP may decide you are. If they do, you will have to look for another activity to grind for isk. This is a game. Is it fun or money grinding that you seek? |

Caldari is quite an easy faction to plex ***** for at the moment, and there are quite a number of Caldari plexing alts swarming over Placid. The systems 4~ jumps away from Nennamalia are an excellent place to do this, as not enough PvPers live out that way - there, you can make LP to your heart's content without any faction warriors or filthy pirates interrupting your profit-making activities.
Stalking Mantis wrote:Also please tell me a few good plexing fits. I need it to be able to fit a cloak and a stab or two if possible. What is the BEST ship for plexing?
The changes to faction war have seen a great increase in the number of viable plexing fits. While before, you may have only seen Pangu's double stabbed Merlins, now you can see a wide variety of different plex farming boats as you roam the plexes. Here are a few, expert faction war players may be able to contribute more:
- The stabbed Atron is a perennial favourite - it's cheap enough that you can simply AFK a few alts at once in defensive plexes (or offensive plexes after you have killed the NPC's) and accept the loss if a PvPer should engage you and you are not fast enough/at the keyboard to warp out.
- The Tristan is another choice - with a cloaking device, two warp stabs and as many ECM drones as you are able to fit, you are almost completely immune to PvP and can disengage at will.
- The MWD Condor is also gaining popularity. Fitted for maximum speed with light missile launchers and no tackle, the overall strategy is to kite the NPC's in a plex, then sit at 29km (or whatever the edge of the capture radius is from the plex button). Once a hostile lands on grid, move away from the plex button until the aggressor leaves. Walter Islands may be able to offer more advice on this fit and the overall technique.
- The double stabbed Slicer is also gaining popularity. With the ability to fit two warp stabs, a cloak and still retain some of it's combat ability against NPC's, it is little wonder that it is a favourite for stabbed cloaky offensive plexers these days. Xeros Solette and Sohsa Kroma [spelling?] both use this fit, and may be able to give you some more advice on exact fitting.
- Destroyers are also popular for this role - with the ability to fit 7 guns and a cloaking device, a destroyer is able to take on offensive plexes solo while still remaining almost immune to non-consensual PvP. This fit seems popular among russian plex farmers for some reason.
Furthermore, there are several strategies you can use to improve your ISK/per. Some of these are as follows, some expert faction war players may be able to contribute more:
- Smack talk anyone who attempts to engage you, pointing out how ridiculous they look trying to look for PvP in an environment which incentivizes avoiding PvP. Once they snap and use any offensive language, immediately petition them and tell them you did so in local to provoke them further. Use the rules intelligently to remove your opponents from the game entirely.
- Once you are in a system, open all the Plexes you can find. This makes it more difficult for a PvPer to find where you are, and allows you to warp from plex to plex once someone attempts to chase you. If they are a neutral, they can't "run down" your plexes, allowing you to accumulate LP while wasting a PvPer's time and frustrating them until they give up.
- No matter how many warp stabs you are fitting, you should always be positioned to maximise your distance from the entry point of the plex, to give you maximum time to warp out.
- If you are equipping a cloaking device and there are other nearby plexes open, use your cloaking device before an aggressor lands on grid. This may confuse the aggressor, causing him to warp off to another nearby plex to look for you, during which time you can uncloak and rack up a few extra seconds of plex capturing time.
Have fun plexing, and I look forward to seeing you in faction war! If we all abuse this ridiculously broken mechanic, maybe CCP will do something about it and stop incentivising avoiding combat! These are the same plexers who come into the plex of people actually defending one and leave as soon as anything comes in to fight. Leaving people to die out of their own selfish lust for stabilized LP farming.
In regards to "They help the most on defensive plexing" - No they do not. There is little to no profit in doing so majority of the time. Any of the stabbed alts who are deplexing a system are typically the alts of avid pvp's. |

This is absolutely the right attitude. Together, by heavily exploiting this mechanic at every turn to gain risk-free LP and make faction war extremely depressing for everyone, we make it easier to highlight the true extent and severity of the incentivizing non-pvp issue to CCP. Just look at the killboards. Anybody who says otherwise ought to look at non-FW space (other lowsec, NPC null, and true null-sec) and do a comparison.
