We have been hearing reports from arcurio only. However millions are living on umbilicals on the ocean floor and then there is P.A. with it's prison base. What happens if they escape and are able to join with the majority populous? |

Your concern is overwhelming.
Other option is they walk right out the mag tunnels. Or they have a massive piece of ship hull land onto the Domes. |

Mr Reese the only way in or out of the underwater cities is by submersible. The Provists made sure that they were the only ones with the key, and if a piece of the wreckage has hit the dome well there isn't much that can be done about it to be honest. Its been three days since the titan fell if the dome was hit then anyone down there is dead. -á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á "Let Vigilance Be Your Sword" |

Thanks for the info, I couldn't find much information on what happened to the cities after Heth reclaimed the surface. I was able to read up on the designs and of course the info that escaped about Paix. |

I don't think that fallen debris will have any effect falling on dome, since water will take all impact on itself. However, if some of citadel missiles will fall down and explode in deep water, that might cause enough pressure wave to shatter dome. |

Presumably the impact with the water would detonate the ordinance, and besides that, the preferred ordinance type for most Caldari ships is kinetic kill missiles: a powerful propulsion unit attached to what is essential a (pointed) metal block. If there is a charge, it only serves to further propel an armor penetrator which is much more dangerous to an underwater dome depending on orientation.
I should note, I don't know the full design specifications of the Shiigeru's armaments; this is extrapolation on my part, but suffice it to say, I think underwater cities are safe. |

Actually, the ordinance in capital-scale kinetic missiles is a graviton pulse warhead, which creates an intense gravitational distortion at the point of detonation. It's not quite a singularity weapon, but having been hit with a couple in my time, I can tell you that they can bend and twist metal bulkheads like they were made of taffy. Mane 614

Citadel grade armaments of Caldari manufacture utilize a graviton implosion warhead (as Andreus has pointed out) to cause significant shear forces in a localised area. As to what effect this would have on an under water city, I do not know, and would defer to specialists in hydrodynamics and physics.
Speaking from a personal perspective, a prison facility cushioned and isolated by extreme submerged depth, seems relatively secure both in preserving lives and in preventing criminal elements entering into public circulation.
The worst case scenario here is if tectonic activity has been aggravated by the fall of the Shiigeru, at which point the chances of underwater cities become notably less positive. CEO of the Achura-Waschi Exchange: An International trade corporation that adheres to State values

Oh, it is more like question for military specialists, who are instructed in underwater warfare. Just simply exploding below the object will give twice more damage than exploding same charge on same distance and on same depth, but not below. Explosion on surface of water will give dominant energy to planet atmosphere. Most probably if a warhead explodes above dome, it will be intact (of course depends on actual depth of dome, since some small part of energy still be transmitted into water). However underwater explosion on a seabed will have significantly more devastating effects, because whole layers of water will be shifting. Even if the dome will survive the first shock wave, consequent oscillations will almost definitely shatter it.
Oh, and also, type of detonating warhead won't have significant effect on the shock wave, except power of it, since different types of warhead differently affect material in a vicinity of explosion, and explosion in space simply transmitted to target object. However, in dense media effect of warhead will spread only to small local area around warhead, and change of density in affected area will create a shock wave. |
