let's see, inspired by a recent post from another person I thought about this.
A Corporation City.
I don't know how many of you ever player SWG, but I would like to see a city system like they have, for example: once your corp reached a certain number of members you can build a cityhall. This would be like a deadspace complex. you'll get your acceleration gate where one ppl can enter that have the password (like POS). ok, now you got a cityhall.
now with the time and with the amount of members you have you can build up certain "modules" for the city, like hangars, repair station, disco (yes with exotic dancers), casinos (with roulette), universities, etc. no market.
Of course only the owner of the individual modules can move/remove them, they can't be destroyed (except if member number isn't reached). They require no fuel, just very expensive (so that the ppl in the corp have to buy it together).
so, why do u want such a city?... well, it would give corporations a real home, and of course you can tell ppl that you got a damn huge city, join our corp blablabla, and this would involve new modules and mechanisms. (like the universities)
now flame away with the "useless" comments Phalus too big, check mail - Cortez |

What's wrong with the stations and outposts you can build right now?

there are plans for simple and complex planetary interactions - supplying goods - production and other aspects of play - could be 1-3 years off though - CCP are working on a complex mathematical engine to handle this.

I like hte idea of ones own plex, Ragnarok Online has something similar, and it's kind of nice. (Though it also comes with it's own dungeon.) Non Nobis, Domine, Non Nobis, Sed Nomine Tuo Da Na Glorium |

Eve is probaply the least customizable MMORG ever made, you can't even paint your ship, so I seriously doubt that they will ever add a system that allows you to customize your own sector of space.
This is really an idea that is neither bad nor good, just another request for more customization, but personally I think that making the game more customizable should start with more basic stuff...

I believe at one point you COULD paint your ships how you wanted, dont know why it was pulled but would love to see that back in play. Also i think on the drawing board is the ability to create your own mods, not sure how that would work but sounds kinda neat. ---- Join Us

reason it was canned is due to allowing 56k dial up modems to play that they needed to remove painting (could be done with limited corp logos etc but only when eve switches to a broadband only game (though they could looose up to 10,000 active paying accounts at the moment if they did that.

I believe that a lot is wrong with them, and that they have much more potential. I wrote my own post a little while ago...

Yea, but that's a question of function, not a question of how the entire thing looks...

I agree with you all. I am not sure how they can fix the issues here, But I would love to see more added in to this game. Being in a space ship for years to come sounds a little boring, But I will still be here.
