This may be a simple formula but i cannot figure it out! Alright to make it simple, i'm converting water and electrolytes into coolant, and i'm trying to figure out how much coolant i will make.
I need a formula to figure out this: if i have 980 water and 450 electrolytes and it takes 40 water and 40 electrolytes to make 4 coolant, how do i figure out how much coolant i can make?
Thanks in advance, and sorry if this is a simple problem, just needed some help |

Take the lower input number (450) and apply the reduction ratio between input and output (10:1). Round down to the nearest multiple of 4 and you get:
450/10 = 45 rounds down to 44. |

Recluee: I cannot believe you are that dense. This is basic maths. Maybe you are drunk. I can forgive you for that. Also, the output Is FIVE coolant from an Adv. factory. Not 4.
Zhilia: That has to be the most ********, overly complicated reply to a simple problem that I've ever seen. Go back to your troll cave.
Answer: Step 1: Take the lowest amount of the two materials you have, since that will be the limiting factor Step 1.5: 40 Electro + 40 Water = 5 Coolant SO Step 2: 450 Electro divided by 40 = Enough material for 11.25 cycles in the Advanced Factory. Rounded off to 11
11 Cycles x 5 Coolant = 55 Coolant. Tada. The only thing I fear, is running out of beer ! |

Actually the question is irrelevant since depletion of resource extraction amounts will start to occur almost immediately, thus the numbers will be most indeed wrong in a short while.
