Forgive me but now that that horror that haunted our sky is gone I have become ever more detached from the developments on Caldari Prime.
It would seem that events have overtaken your discussion. The realities on the ground present a chance for amity between the State and Federation. The State may indeed keep a portion by negotiation, or venture all with war.
I humbly suggest you choose wisely. "We are what we do." |

Why it that? Are you gonna stop a titan by yourself? Stand in its way maybe? Don't forget, the invasion took place when CONCORD (and the cyno jammer in Luminaire) was off-line and I believe Tripwire had been sabotaged as well, allowing forces to move right on through into Luminaire. It also took the majority of the Navy. Frankly, we were lucky we were presented with such a golden opportunity, I highly doubt a situation like that will present itself again any time soon, and the alternative is fighting system by system over half a dozen jumps. I think I told already someone. Right before the battle for Caldari Prime the navy has dropped a squadron of wyverns to reinforce the blockade. I don't think CONCORD did shut down something for this. Counterwise, they sent their vessel to see what's going on. Wyverns arrived to reinforce the fleet at about 1330 EVE Standard Time. CONCORD arrived two hours later. |

You seem to be unclear on the details. CONCORD was never offline and neither was tripwire, the Caldari fleet was able to jump into Luminare because the Federation took their Cyno jammers offline in order to jump in their own capital fleet. In essence 37th wing piggy backed on the Federations Navy. -á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á "Let Vigilance Be Your Sword" |

The Minmatar elders attacked the CONCORD station in Yulai and the Caldari Navy took advantage of CONCORD's inability to act. |

Seizing this opportunity allowed to avoid unnecessary losses and concentrate allocated resources on the main goal. |
