My first thought was that you missed a fantastic opportunity to name your title "RAH with a Vengeance". My next thought is that I dislike RAHs on frigs because their terrible capacitor makes them vulnerable to the RAH being turned off under neuting pressure. After that, I'm concerned that the RAH might not have enough time to adapt to incoming damage with frigate level EHP.
That said, if Warriors are what you're looking at trying to fight off, then the RAH with a Vengeance might be a really cool choice.

Hah, damn it, good one. I'm stealing that for the Osmium fit.
The cap on the Vengeance is really strong, which is why I dared fitting the RAH. I don't think any other frig should use it, maybe not even the Veng, but it looks decent. The Veng also has, if only barely, enough EHP to get a decent effect out of the RAH.
Gonna have to simply try this out in practice. |

I thought the general rule of thumb is that the RAH is only worth it after the stacking of 2 ENAMs? |

As a general rule of thumb, may be, though there is some cases, most notably when you are CPU limited, already tanky and not capacitor starved when it can be good. Also, for duel, it's very good, and even more so against missile oponents.
Also, RAH is always better than a second adaptive plating, if you can afford CPU and capacitor. |

Ah thanks, good info. I haven't really used the RAH in pvp, I feel like this modules potential is still not fully discovered. |

My understanding is that the Damage Control and RAH give each other stacking pen. I would be curious to test it with swapping your DC for an EANM II,
Overal I still think you would have less EHP but if it was say, a FW fleet with RAH-Vengs with T1 Logi Frig support the extra resists in armor could make a difference.
With an EANM II and RAH to full exp it is 96.25 Exp Resist :-), or, one Navitas repping power would stop 2575 DPS!!!!
Even if it was split between its two weakest resists (fighting lasers) EM83.3 Therm78.6 ENAM II and RAH EM80.9 Therm75.2 DC II and RAH
Not sure if it worth giving up the 200 EHP Shields and almost 1000 EHP Hull
Either way I love the RAH and dont think it is fully being used yet,

I prefer a bit more DPS to buffer. I think I will try this one out this week. The Dark Blood Thermic plating is cheap as chips (<500,000 ISK). Cap runs for 3 minutes with everything on, 213 DPS with heat.
