Ive started EveMon. I was reading you can use Evemon to plan your skills and even remapping of attributes is that correct? Like can I load a ship and module into EFT or Evemon and then have it spit out an optimal skill plan along with when to remap? And if so please explain how to do that |

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

EVEMon doesn't really offer optimisation any more, beyond figuring out what the best remap would be for a given list of skills. It doesn't group skills together to match specific attribute combos that you could remap to GÇö you'll have to do that manually (and it can't always be done in neat blocks due to some prerequisite skills that might use completely different attributes than the skill(s) you're aiming for).
It used to offer a bit more of that back when learning skills existed and picking the right ones to the right levels in the right order could shave weeks off of your skill plan.
However, it does list all in-game equipment and will let add the require skills to your plan, and then you can run the remap calculator on that to see what would work best for you. So yes, but not, but kind ofGǪ is that a good answer? GÇ£If you're not willing to fight for what you have in GëívGëí you don't deserve it, and you will lose it.GÇ¥

Also a tip:
If you plan on doing mostly flying (and shooting) in space (vs. industry/trading/etc.) then I suggest to go Int/Perc for the first year.
This will let you train Navigation perfectly, the vital support skills (electronic/engineering/mechanic group, mostly) quite well, and won't feel as stunted as Int/Mem when training for your ship and gunnery (or missile) skills).
Going lopsided (Int/Mem, Perc/Will, etc.) is a pain in your first year (or even months, using remaps) because you'll need them all and can't really defer them. Also you'll change your mind pretty often. |
