I am currently training for the Suckurlage with the focus on being able to solo PvE. I estimate it may be a good 2 months or so before I can use one, but I cannot find a good PvE Setup.
My Focus is on soloing LVL4's as well as perhaps Soloing 5/10's.

sacrilege doesnt do enough damage. zealot is far better for lvl 4 and 5/10+ complex.

I have the same question as the zealots are expensive and hard to find.
What I have so far is 4 HPL II and 2 heavy missile launchers...
Any thoughts on the rest? I'm maining looking to quicking do missions like L# spy stash, angel X, etc... |

Damage output for a Sac is crappy tbh, you may find it fails to do real damamge. I tried one for a few weeks tech2 beams and pulses included and went back to my cerberus.

Zealot does indeed do more damage, however teh SAC can tank a lot better, just fit the usual dual med rep+hardeners, cap rechargers and whatever offensive you can after that, typically Heavy Launchers and some Beam or Pulse lasers (whichever's your poison)
for PvE i wouldnt use NOS, not really much need/point/benefit.
4/10 complexes are easy enough in a SAC (solo np), not tried or even had the suicidal tendancies to attempt a 5/10, id need backup definatly.

Edited by: mimik on 30/10/2005 01:09:31 a sac will do lvl3s comfortably with following setup;
high - 4 heavy pulses, 2 assault launchers mid - 10mn ab, webber, 2 cap rechargers low - med rep, active therm, passive adaptive, 2 heat sinks
obviously tech2 or best named mods u can afford.
i dont think the sac can do anywhere near enough damage for lvl4s and will struggle to tank most lvl4s even with the high resists as med reps just cant keep up with damage and u dont have the firepower to kill things quick enough.

Look at focussed med pulse too. Less fitting req's. Almost same dmg but shorter range.

A maller can do level 3s quite comfortably so this just supports the SAC of crap theory.

You can easily tank a zealot as well, 1 rcu II, and you can fit everything, including heavy pulses II and a 800mm plate II ----------------------

...But you cant buy one because someone's hoarding the BPOs!
I wouldnt recommend using a HAC in a mission with webbers and BSes shooting at you.
