Otherwise their coffee is pretty **** pretty much especially when they haven't made a fresh pot in like 6 hours and the pot is been on the burner for that entire time like if i wanted stale coffee Id drink home brew and just microwave it Chances are it taste better
but to just be lazy and keep the coffee burning on a burner all Night long
kinda stupid to me
the other day i had an ice cappuccino from there It was horrible It tasted like... well burnt beans
im not keen on going to mc donolds for coffee for a while they could at least have made a fresh pot when i asked them if it was fresh instead of lieing to me to get my sale
oh well

Thankfully I live in an area where chain stores are discouraged so we don't get the Could Be Anywhere feel in our towns. Which is just as well as the best description of Starbucks' coffee that I have read has it as "warm tramp's sick".

Starbucks is terrible. It's not even coffee...it's milk with a bit of coffee and tons of sugar and other useless crap, which you pay through the nose for something my grandmother used to make me when I was 5.
But then again, most people who drink Starbucks are also the type of people drinking cappuccini at 10:00 pm. *facepalm* |

Coffee, like blood, should only be drunk fresh.
I refuse to go to places like starbucks or costa. I have my own little espresso machine and steamer, although I tend to make americano to save money on milk (I'm a poorstudent after all).

You should never drink coffee that is kept heated for more than an hour. usually the coffee powder releases bitter agents over time, which can cause stomach pains. More powder more bitter agents.
The best thing is to drink the coffee fresh. |

What this man says! A perfect cup of coffee is when you sit more straight after every sip. And to the guy that mentioned Star Bucks is strong coffee... don't order espresso in Europe lol. ~ When everything fades away, an echo is the only sound that will remain ~ -á-á~ Chaos is a name for any order that produces confusion in our minds ~ |

Maybe with MREs since I've never had one of those. but if it were an IMP then maybe since those don't have straight water in them. |

Perculator 'coffee flavoured' water is not coffee by any definition I know of. Most Americans have no idea what coffee is, or define it as something completely different to Europeans. Certainly not the ones who buy 'it' from McDonalds, Starbucks or Wendys. Just saying. |

(and by the way coffee made at a cofffee house is like drinking chocolate (real chocolate not the stuff you get at the corner store) It has a sweet taste and a bitter hit both at the same time and the first couple of sips untill you get used to it are like punches in the head
but they most certainly dont taste like burnt beans |

When I was in the Royal Welch many years ago, we used to refer to the MRE as "Meals Rejected by Ethiopians". |

And I chose to use the heater for the "food" part because that **** is pretty nasty cold. It's less nasty hot |
