Hello Gripen,
have Problems with EFT since Version 2.17 and 2.17.1 .
But see it yourself in this Screenshot >> EFT_FU
As you see, when i click for e.g. the Small Autocannons, i get the Information of the Large once. And as you will see, this is with every Categorie the same Problem. When i click the Super Categorie i get the Infos of the uppernext Minor Subcategorie.
Have Installed compleet new, all the same Issues...

Hi, I've noticed that the warfare links are 55cpu and 210power in EFT while they are 50cpu and 200power in game.

Tempest fit, putting a Large Remote Armor Repair T2 on it. Ok. Drag'n'dropping the RR to the "project effect" panel. Ok. Deleting the RR. Suddenly, fatal errors, hundreds of them !

There is a mistake in Hulk.It does not calculate the yield properly because it doesnt take in consideration the mining barge bonus. |

Extract archive into new folder like it's recommended in the FAQ.

FAQ wrote:Some ships require certain skills at level 5 and give bonuses based on such skills. In that case bonuses in EFT will always work like you have this skill at level 5 even if you don't have it at all. |

If a fit name in the exported XML from Eve contains an apostrophe (') the fit doesn't load correctly. It seems to load a different (wrong) fit from the file. I think actually it loads the first fit in the file instead of the one I asked for in the XML Files view.

Two requests:
1) the usual, and much requested -can we get cargo storage, to auto-import with ammo and charges-
2) With the slow release of new ships, maybe swapping some of the ships sorted into Tech 1, and Faction. And this would match in line with all the modules.
Frigates, cruiser, and battleship lists are growing quite long, and while yes we can scroll up and down, modules were sorted for much the same reason. |

First off, let me say that EFT is the single best 3rd party tool for EVE Online, period. It has saved me untold time and ISK and I literally can never repay you for making it and sticking to it. <3
A request: in Preferences, can you make an option to re-order the slot layout from High to Low, so that high slots are on the top of the fit? That would be my only gripe with your otherwise astonishingly awesome program. Hope you read this <3 |

hell, even when just trying to reuse the old keys, and update a toon I already had on there, it still freezes,
seriously what happened, haven't updated as there is no update so how could this have happened,

EFT reads config.ini on start and overwrites it on exit so if you want to modify it make sure you don't have EFT running.

Some one was flying around yesterday saying EFT is ending soon and to start using PYFA. I dont see anything on the posts so I assume it's probably a PYFA volunteer trying to get more people to use it. |

I have a Tengu and a Loki set up as boosters in EFT so I can check what my stats with perfect boosts are. The mindlinks stay put even when I close the setup, EFT itself, or switch to a different one. This won't help you, but just posting to say that it doesn't happen to everyone. |

There are two places to "attach" implants in EFT:
- If you attach the implants to a character (the Implants tab in the Character Editor), they'll stay with the character. Any time you have that character board a ship in EFT, the implants will be applied. In practice, this tends to be the most useful place to put implants, despite being slightly less obvious, since you'd have one character in EFT per jumpclone in EVE.
- If you attach the implants to a ship (the Boosters/Implants tab at the bottom of the main fitting screen), they'll stay with the ship. Any character that boards that ship will be assumed to be wearing those implants. To your example, attaching implants to a ship and assigning the All Level V as a pilot will allow experimentation of perfect boosting without affecting All Level V's effects on other ships.
A few notes about the above two behaviors:
- If you have an implant assigned to a character and an implant assigned to a ship, and both implants affect the same stat, the "ship implant" will be applied and the "character implant" will be ignored. For example, if my character has a +3% PG implant, and the ship has a +1% PG implant, the fitting screen will only show a +1% increase in PG.
- EFT does not check skill requirements for implants, regardless if they're assigned to the ship or to the character. You will not get a "red box" on the fitting screen if you attempt, for example, to use an implant that requires Cybernetics V with a character that doesn't have Cybernetics V.

Tried to do a fit for a Rupture, and it states that I must have Minmatar Cruiser III to fly one (it has been changed to Cruiser I) and it shows 3 mid slots instead of the current 4... is this getting fixed? Great tool though :) |

My Buddy got problems with importing fittings from EFT 2.171 to Eve. I have 2.17 and can import all. He gets the message "Ung++ltige Datei" (engl. "wrong Data").
Is my buddy too silly for importing or is it a software-problem?

The 5% damage bonus to kinetic missiles & rockets for the Corax doesn't seem to be applying (or it might be applying it to every type - not sure).

Shouldn't the fit with T2 launchers have a higher dps? I know the faction launcher has faster base rate of fire but the cruise missile spec skill should push the T2 above the caldari one?
