OK guys, gals, and empiredwellers, i formerly here surender to the big green turtle.
Ko Tau, is gonna be my home from now and forevermore.
I dived with Big Sharks yesterday and Manta rays, only thing i still have to see is the greatest of them them all Whaleshark.
Was down to 18 meters at chompon pillars divesite, my intructor had to drag me from the reef to the boat, or i would have stayed there in the serenty of the koral see
The weather is hot, humid 36 degress celsius, with the occasinal squal, the living is easy on green turtle island, and a beer cost 2 danish kroners, ahhh man, why do i have a carreer.
Well i will do my last dive on this island tomorrow, them im off to a new spot, but Ko Tau, has left a mark in my heart, sawasdee pod pilots, and have fun in the gloomy winter in europe and US
EU out.............

If there is karma in this world you will be stung by something while you are there
Holland is cold and grey, much like Belgium I see.

You should also dive the Great Barrier Reef man! I live in Melbourne (for now) but I'm hoping to move North to Queensland where the sun is always shining and the water's warm. Yeah, it's just that damned career thingy that keeps getting in the way.

It's oklahoma... to expect the weather to be anything but unpredictable is folly, sheer folly! Last christmas, dead of winter, it got so warm and sunny that for two weeks we got to wear summer clothing. Two days later it snowed and an ice storm engulfed the state.
Never a dull moment.

Actually, I kinda like Belgian weather to be honest. I'm not really a sun-type to begin with anyway.

Well, you're not missing a lot back here mate. The weathers crap-tastic. Cold, windy, wet and overcast.
I expect loads of pics when you get back, we''ll go for drinks (when are you back btw?)

I dove the reefs around the Flodia Keys and the springs of Crystal River this past summer.
I would suggest to divers to check out the Springs of Flordia. Very nice experience going into the caves..
