Hi all,
just searching and I cannot see if there is a way to immediately alert the forum mods if there is an ISK spamming post. I am sure we have all seen the glut of recent ones here, I don't doubt that CCP get onto them reasonably quickly, but I have just seen another one posted and wanted to report it - apart from raising a support ticket, I could not find any more immediate way to do it.
Is there a way to quickly bring these to CCPs attention in the forum? I know in-game you can right-click the character and select "report ISK spammer" or similar, and I know the latest characters are just made up on the spot for the sole purpose of spamming their advertising in the forum only. If the ads could be flagged to CCP and removed from the forum before people saw them and there was no point to the spamming, maybe these idiots would f off.

Use the Report Post feature? That little flag next to the post timestamp.

From the sheer amount of them, i'm pretty sure CCP now considers spam bots to be fine. Post with your main, like a BOSS! |

As Chribba said, use the forum report feature. We tend to deal with them pretty quickly so long as we're not all asleep or fighting over food in the canteen. Also, please don't respond to their threads as that just bumps it back to the top of the page. CCP Logibro // EVE Universe Community Team // Distributor of Nanites

Yeah you guys are crazy fast at taking them down, I mean hell this one has only been up since March, https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=219553&find=unread. |

Thanks for that - will do in future. Only feeling slightly sheepish for not just missing the "report" flag in the post, but also completely overlooking the "What Should I Do When I Spot RMT..." sticky post at the top of the New Citizens Q&A channel .
I will put my glasses on next time, promise. Or a monocle if CCP would care to donate one |
