Quote: 1) No Podding 2) NO PODDING 3) Combat by consent only 4) No hoarding 5) Do NOT harass the BugHunters 6) There will be NO transports or spawning of items. When somethings gone from FCC, its gone until the next mirror. (see 4) 7) Any breach of the rules will be met with harsh uncaring reactions (ie permabanned from testing for first offence).
These are in addition to the standard testing server rules.
** Harassing Devs or BugHunter's on the #eve-chaos channel in attempt to avoid a ban or have it lifted will result in ban extensions.

1&2 no probs, I don't Pod folks in game so I see no reason to start on the test server,
3 ..... Well, ya see, I'm not one for fights anyway, more interested in the bits that make the fighting possible,
4 ???? Any chance of some sort of example as to what you call hoarding?
5 Ala Bart Simpson: No problemo dude
6 Say what?!?! didn't understand this one at all, but if forced to guess I'd say this was a server side switch rather than something we as gamers need worry about, or have I completely misinterpreted this one.
7 ..... Wouldn't have an issue with this except for the complete lack of any sort of examples and guide-lines for the previous set of rules, namely number 4 & 6.
I'll hang fire on using the test server till I get a better understanding of exactly what the rules are regarding it's use, till then I think I'll stick to the live server.

Hoarding is when you take lots of things you don't need and keep them, like taking hundreds of modules from the market/hangars to prevent anyone else from using them.
Transports is when you ask a BH/Dev to move you from one place in EVE to another, spawning is when you ask a BH/Dev to create a particular module/ship/object for you.

Didn't even think those were even options, but there we go.
It's a test server, items in the general hangers and other such places are there to be tested, so with that meaning to the term "hoarding" I can understand the no tolerance thing... there was me wondering about having lots of stuff in my hanger from mining, looting or some other general activity and getting kicked cos I hadn't sold some recently.
Was also thinking that there would be no badgers or something... after all they are transports of sorts... and I had this crazy notion that the no spawning thing ment no loot drops or something. With a little extra typing all these complete misunderstandings would have been totally avoided. Cheers for clearing up my misinterpretation of the rules.
