Hi
What screen size are you playing EVE at? and why?
I have a 27 inch Dell 60 hertz and a BenQ 23 inc 120 hertz.
I can't really decide wich screen to use.
I love the screen size of the 27 so much room for all my UI windows. But damm it's slow and the ingame browser, is hard to read, because of the small font.
The 23 benQ is fast, and readable. But so little place to all my UI windows.
So far I change screen a lot. But I want to decide, but I cant :) |

I keep my UI windows pinned most of the time for more visibility.

I run it over two 24 inch LCDs @ 1920x1080 each. One for the HUD and ship view, one for my chat and UI. My twitch stream to help new players: http://www.twitch.tv/biohazrd51

Two Dell U2410: IPS, 24 in., 1920 x 1200 (taller than 1080p, because for computer use 1080p displays are horrible to look at), and very bright wide-colour-gamut back-lighting (not LED) . I use a Datacolor Spyder Elite 3 to colour calibrate them once a month (colour calibration & matching is essential when using more than one monitor).
I tend to use the left one, and have my shadow alt on the right one. I play in windowed mode. |

I've been on a 60" since 2006. If you are fine with 1080p using a television for gaming is a simple route to take. I do understand that some people do have their resolution set to work on high end monitors, especially when multi-boxing, but I am fine alt-tabbing. |

1x 24", 1x 22"
Which screen I have EVE on depends on whether I'm playing actively or just watching chat/mining/jobs/market. 24" is primary monitor. |

1600x900 in window mode on 2 monitors, I'm too lazy to alt-tab... Actually, I just got so used to having two monitors at work it started to feel too inconvenient not having two at home. "haiku are easy, But sometimes they don't make sense, Refrigerator." |

I'm running two accounts on two 23" screens with a resolution of 1920x1080. Each client in fixed windows mode on 1920x1080.
I can understand that a higher resolution can make some stuff hard to read and afaik eve doesn't have a UI scaling option, so not much you co do about that :)

22" 1080p. 3/4 of which is taken up by all the windows.
Most of my 'playing' EVE is done posting on the 17" screen of the laptop it's hooked up to. |

I have 2 x 22 inch low end samsungs.
i play eve windowed dragged accross both screen - but leaving enough space at the far right for TS - so i can see who is talking and access links posted there. also leaves some space for my web pages i am suing to be visible - making it easy to move back and forth. I use all 3 of my accounts this way .. alt tabbing between them when i need to. I dont use the 3 for pvp or ratting .. so i dont need to see all at once .. alt tabing works fine to date. |
