Hi , Since I am a little bored doing level 4s and want to do some PVP I was reading about jump clones here https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Jump_clones
The thing is I don t want my character to lose the implants and I don t understand how jump clones work.I have with many corps more than 8.0 standing .
I want to go for PVP with no implants and don't lose the implants I have .Is this possible with jump clones?
How this can work?
How I return to main body that has implants?
Thank you |

Basically you set up a clone and then you can jump to that one leaving your implants behind, all your skills etc are unchanged. And your old clone with the implants remain at the station you jumped from so 24 hours later you can jump back into that clone and again have your implants in you.
Each clone has its own implant set so you can have one say for missiles, one for gunnery and perhaps one cheap one to go pvp in if you so want. and then you can switch between them.
remember you must have your skill training paused and be in a pod when you jump and there is a 24 hour cooldown on jumping. |

Great answer so I won't lose the implants and the only thing I have to do is create somewhere a jump clone and after 24 hours Ican return to main with implants.Damn didn't know that and have paid a lot of isk for different implants in turrets or missiles.

Here is a simple scenario:
You have no jump clones and your medical station is set to say Osmon, Sisters of Eve station.
If you get pod killed now you reappear in the sisters station in Osmon.
Say you have 9.0 standings to Amarr Navy. You fly to the Amarr Navy Logistics station in Bhizheba and buy a jump clone there. So now you are in your normal clone and in your character sheet it shows one jump clone. You fly to another station, say the Amarr trade hub, dock, pause training queue, get out of ship. Open character sheet, jump clones tab, click on Jump.
You now appear in the Bhizheba station in your "empty clone". If you look at character sheet under Jump Clones you'll see the 24 hours countdown timer and the implants in your original clone. Restart your skill queue.
Look at your current clone and you'll see you have no implants or hardwires. You could, if you wanted, put in a cheap learning implant or fitting hardwires. Off you go and do some shooting. If you get pod killed you will reappear in your medical clone in Osmon (in this example) and will need to update your clone to hold right amount of skillpoints.
So at the end of this exercise you are back in an empty clone in Osmon and you have your 'learning clone' docked safe and sound in Amarr. Repeat if necessary. At the end of the 24 hours you can dock up, pause skill queue and jump back to your learning clone and you will leave the empty clone in whatever station you docked at ready for the next time you want to do this.
Hope that helps. |

You only need the 8 standings to install the original jump clone. After that you can leave the clone in any station you like without having to worry about standing requirements |

Search for Estel Arador corp they run a free JC creation service.
This saves you grinding standings.
Join corp, create clones then leave corp and you're set. Fantasic service.
if you could fly it before, you can fly it now.-á Read the Blog.
