Naval Protection Corp of arms Corporation - NPCC
Out of the night that covers us, Black as the pit pole to pole I thank whatever gods may be, for our unconquerable souls.
In the fell clutch of circumstance, we have not winced nor cried aloud, Under the bludgeoning s of chance, Our heads are bloody, but unbowed.
Beyond this place of wrath and tears, Looms but the horror of the shade And yet the menace of the years, Finds and shall find us unafraid.
It matters not how strait the gate, How charged with punishments the scroll,
we are the masters of our fate's We are the masters of our souls
Our motto - "Honi soit qui mal y pense"
Jobs we have available - Military division commander / fc - the division will base out of low sec and work towards a set of goals for the corp in that specific location., the commander will be responsible for building up his fleet and doctrines as he see's fit so lots of freedom. you will need to recruit and consolidate your fleets activity and ensure your assigned job is done to within the best of your ability.
this role would suit some one who has had experience of recruiting players and running small gangs upto and around 20 this is a new posistion and the division will need to be built form teh ground up by the commander.
you will work in sync along side our primary military division and its commander.
The NPCC is a fashionable old Corp with a fresh new look. we are rebuilding our selves into a PVP entity which sports a serious and dedicated industrial back bone.
A Military entity with a military out look on all things. We also believe heavily in capitalization over our current home system and surrounding areas.
Minimum requirement from potential recruits -
2 mill sp and a full account.
THE MISSION -
Build a new low sec pvp/industrial entity to work cohesively as a team in a divisional system in order to provide as a corp for all our willing participants, further more we are growing and rebuilding into a position that will allow us to hold null sec sov and grant our player base and future alliance the wealth prosperity and recognition, that only null sec can provide.
STAGE ONE -
To build up a fearsome military division which will be our spear head in our new home, they will carve out an area of space by any means necessary to allow for future corporation growth and development. they will perform ongoing ops daily consisting of the following.
military ops would include -
Roaming A standing defence fleet Escort duty Over watch Infiltration Gate camps Invasion Traps an baiting Gorilla tactics Doctrine creation Scouting Spying Friend finding Recruiting
In addition we are simultaneously building up a fearsome industrial juggernaut which will compliment our military efforts in our new home and surrounding space, their job role for the corp will be to generate isk and resources to enable the corporation to acquire the necessary assets to push forward.
Industrial primary function will be corp mining on an almost daily basis, our industrial players will be asked to give a minimum of an hour tot he ops each time they log in. this keeps them active and participating in the corps growth, it also lets them know we know they are helping and that makes them a valuable asset.
STAGE TWO-
Now we have our basic direction for the corp and something to work towards we can start to focus on the more sophisticated aspects of corp life, these aspects will incorporate military doctrines and corp wide doctrines such as simple things like when on line all members will need to be on comms, most of our communication on both low level and high level goes through ts so being able to listen is very very important. comms also provides a more efficient way of our military and industrial divisions passing information around to allow for better monitoring of nap channels and intel channels.
We are also going to be tactically placing a number of pos towers fit for specific jobs for the industrial and military divisions, these towers will play a major role within the corp, along side our towers project we are also working to stock the corp with disposable war ships, and civilian ships, we intend to remove the fear of loss for all our players as well as the burden of fetching and refitting new ships. (this is a work in progress and will take some time to master).
The corp will also be investing heavily into a corp wide PLANETARY INTERACTION programme too as well as some moon mining around our low sec.
STAGE THREE-
Once stages one and two are well under wa, the NPCC intends to create a brand new Military themed alliance that will function a little like the executor corp, while we are not a democracy the alliance will function with a board of leaders that will work together to decide what projects the alliance will work on and decide what and how the alliance will conduct business and eventually where we will live. (In null sec)
recruiters - Adamai (CEO) XxPsykosisxX (USTZ CEO) SuperPlastic (genral recruiter and diplomat) Hendelse (Military division recruiter) Davidus cherikov walker (Industrial division commander) Miktetic (Military Division Commander) Jack ryebeck (Industrial Division 2IC) Memnon Shepard (Military Division 2IC) Emperor Kurr (Industrial Division 3IC)

we are currently accepting new players, as a new player to eve you must have a minimum of 2 mill sp and have completed your tutorial. you must also have a mic and ts3 installed.

but yea we are not using the poem for its original meaning and use but more for a fantasy aspect in which to better describe the mindset behind the corp, how our corps way of thinking has always been.
As very few corps today start out we started out with myself making the foolish mistake of thinking it was a typical guild thing, form a corp choose something we want to do as a corp/guild and start spamming our recruitment threads for it. that's something in my infancy was top control and conquer empire space lol , i didn't have a clue just how impossible that was not until we started picking up war decs from far more experienced corps designed to pvp in empire space. we have lost countless ships due to bad fitting and stupid mistakes along the lines of jumping into gate camps accidentally flying through null sec on fleet roams and not fully understanding what content is in the game to allow alliances and corps to prevent others from taking what they have gained as well as knowing what was in place to aid us.
we have also lost countless ships by supposed hardcore veteran players who think 100+ mill sp and their characters age will reign supreme of a newer player, which is of course utter crap. a 1 year toon with the right skills in the right place can end any capsuleers fun in eve.
another testament to our use of the poem would be our kill boards lol as much of a joke they may appear the sheer amount of losses on our part put along side the age of our corp and the fact we have spent almost all of our existence living in null sec really isn't that bad.
we have been apart of a lot of major engagements in our life time out in branch drone space and even providence under several alliances command those loses are due to blobbing when eve didn't have the time dilation software and when the game used to lag like hell if you didn't have grid!
in fact i don't recall any fight where i hadn't died an horrific death before i could load grid lol warp, jump, freeze and oh look im back in my station hahaha.
so yea our kill boards are not important as our game is not about isk or leader-boards or whose the best pvpers!!! our game is much deeper than that, our game is about survival about endurance about long term success and what we can gain as a people and community, if that means shoddy kill boards then so be it.
so i call again!!
We are Recruiting new players now, im sorry but as new im referring to people with at least some experience in eve and around the 3-4 + month old mark that's got a couple of mill sp. your experience in pvp is not something we care much for as you can train and learn along side us. no one in eve can say they have always been good at pvp. i can name a few veteran players who had to buy new characters to get good kill boards.. but take my word for it, those guys once upon a time sucked royaly at pvp until they learned how. it takes time and lots of errors to learn how to succeed. we here in the npcc understand that all too well and you wont see us hiding our true selves.
if you join us.
you will need these basic qualities-
Not be afraid to die To fleet up when needed to Take in lessons from other more experienced pvp corps take every death as a learning experience No Retreat No surrender Know that the corps success means your success. To be active and participate Actively seek better positions in the corp
We are low sec based, and our mentality is the same as ever. we are building an empire we have 70 charecters in the corp which works out to be roughly 35 actual players and we are all 100% active daily. we are also an executor corp of a brand new fledgling low sec alliance and we are looking for corps similar to our own to help us with out goals and Consolidation of our new home.
our alliance isnt a do or die alliance, instead all we insist on is that you live in low sec with us, sure we will have to assign you to different systems and locations to get the coverage our plans for the alliance and area we live in require. we have also have some basic standing guidelines and rules
rules like. -
only mine your assigned belts if you mine. always maintain a standing alliance fleet 24/7 (a work in progress) Answer CTA's in force. use alliance doctrines for ops.
dont panic we have people to shoot at too who also shoot at us and have friends who are always coming to pick fights and enjoy the benefits of low sec with us.
we are doing this for fun on a serious measure to establish our selves and train as a new alliance with new players to get our selves ready for something much grander.
looking forward to hearing from, 0/
p.s.
please don't ask me what our goals and plans are as i wont be telling you. you will have to come and see for your selves and get involved. |

Hi all- Plastic here! Touching base and letting everyone know that I am also available to contact if anyone has any questions. We have a recruitment channel, NPCC RECRUITMENT, that you can join also.
I said this in another thread, but I'm going to say it here, too. I've known Adamai for nearly 7 years, I think- we met playing Guild Wars (the first one), and he dragged me around everywhere and helped me get the best goodies. He's a good guy to work with- always willing to listen, always helping people out, and an overall nice guy.
Drop me or Adamai a mail, or pop into our recruitment channel! Thanks :) Low Sec. Indy Division. Pew Pew Division. The choice is yours.

We are currently looking for the following types of players:
-PVP Pilots. Experience is not necessary, but someone who won't cry about getting their ship blown up is (or the fact that we told you not to fly your shiny ship, and surprise surprise, it got blown up). Our ideal PVP pilot should be someone who doesn't expect everything done for them, but who is willing to put forth some effort of their own, in bettering themselves, and also the corp. We're offering you a base in low sec, and the requirement that you fight for that space, and keep it defended from those evil neuts and reds (we are NBSI).
-PVP Leadership Pilots. We're looking for a few experienced PVP pilots who enjoy teaching others the ropes, by FCing roams, and/or general chit-chat on comms, answering questions for the lesser experienced.
-Indy Pilots. Not actively recruiting indy pilots at this time, unless you impress me ;). However, one can rarely have enough indy pilots. Our indy guys are currently mining in high sec, a few jumps away from their PVP brothers. Their current goals are to produce ships for the PVP guys, along with a weekly quota. Make sure that you would be willing to do low sec mining- as when we have more firmly established our low sec space, that is where you will be!
Please feel free to mail Adamai or myself (or anyone else Adamai listed above in leadership roles) if you have any questions. Take care! Low Sec. Indy Division. Pew Pew Division. The choice is yours.

surely there has to be some people left in eve who are sick and tired of living in some one elses back yard!!!!
how about working with me and our guys to a little gardening of our own!
we are building the corp up followed shortly by our alliances which will then form our empire.
it sounds like a long way off doesnt it!!
well it probably is but isnt that the fun side of eve!! actually getting to that stage.. completing that goals.
well it is for us here in the NPCC.
