well, since everyone I run into is either selfish or a complete asshat, I am going to make what I need from scratch. I saw a great version of it on eve market guide, but that hasn't been updated in 6 months so I am looking for someone that would be willing to help me make a program similar to it. Please contact me in game if interested.
Isk per hour is too time intensive for what I am looking for, so please don't recommend it, as I dont have the desire to go through every single BPO in the game and see what is profitable and what is not. |

You know that EVE IPH can give you a list of all items sorted by potential profit right? |

Good luck
Isk per hour is a solution although it can be complicated to use, but once you know how to use it it can give you a list of items you can build with either your own blueprints, or any available blueprints.
I'm not sure how much easier your own version of it will be, you still need to input the research levels of your blueprint into the system as it's not brought down in the assets API then you need to get the market data for the materials used, plus the price of the item to build, then work out how long it takes, and then finally work out your isk per hour from that.
Oh wait, the wheel has already been invented
Seriously, learn how to use IPH unless you've got a serious problem with the way it works, it works very well once you get used to it, the only hassle is initially entering your blueprint research levels in.
I appreciate the desire to code your own, but it sounds like you don't really know how to do this, so I'm wondering why you seek to start the project.

Not sure which language I want to use. I guess whichever is easiest to use and update.
As for the iph comments....thank you for proving my point that eve players cannot read. If you looked at eve market guide you would see what I am going for |
