My toon is now one year old - happy birthday to Tiberius, and damn my gameplay has changed a lot in that time, from highsec miner to mission runner to faction war to Tama Pirate and finally null sec corp director with plans to get my first capital.
And this whole time I've been stuck with a god awful industry/miner skill map... *sigh*
But with the one year now finally over I now have a shiny new remap available - thank god.
So here I am agonising over what remap I need to do to get me into a nice shiny new Archon with Guardian skills en route. Have shoved this into my skill planner and got an eye watering 660days to become the perfect logi/archon pilot.
So I look for a remap planner and the only one seems to be in Evemon. But to be extra special - I have a mac, so using Evemon isn't even an option as its a windows based app.
So two questions - anyone know of a remap planner other than Evemon? If not can anyone plug in guardian and archon skills into it to give an optimal remap?

gtkEveMon is cross-platform. It's not updated for the new skill changes yet (unless they ninja'd them in the last day or so), but that's pretty easy to do manually from the API if you need it. |

Optimal mappings are only ideal if you can stick to a plan for a while (possibly a year unless you burn a bonus remap).
You might consider a generic remap favouring drones a bit, but it really depends on your skills and goals.
1. If you need more core skills (more intelligence): 23i 21m 21p 17w 17c
2. If you don't (more perception): 21i 21m 23p 17w 17c
3. If there is more than drones to your plans (intelligence = perception): 24i 17m 24p 17w 17c
Drone skills have perception as a secondary attribute, so you can get a decent training rate with even a non-optimal mapping like perception > willpower (ships and weapons). There are few drone skills too, so mapping for memory > perception isn't really worth it in my opinion.
Logi related skills are mostly primary attribute intelligence, so option 1 or 3 works well for Logistics or carrier in that role. |

Thank you so much for that! Been looking for a mac compatible skill planner for so long! |

Been looking for a mac compatible skill planner for so long! Warning - it is very buggy. I can get it to crash by doing lots of moving skills around, so it is best to save often. |

True statement. It doesn't do it all too often for me, but it has picked inopportune times to crash and lose changes. (And for the OP, all it takes to "save" a plan is to close the Training Planner and open it back up.) |
