Since I just saw this on the live stream: I think it would be better to put the remaining time of your subscription and other similar important information more to the center of the screen. I think to the left of the character boxes would be best, in it's own smaller box with a dark background to make it clearly visible on any background.
Squished up there in the upper most corner it's a little bit hidden and contradicts your idea to make this kind of information better accessible and visible. |

IMHO there are still a few minor issues with the Character Selection Screen : It has way too many red/orange colors, the ship's displays are confusing about the size of said ships, and some color transitionning are too pronounced, e.g : from white to dark orange.
But I must admit that the selection screen is now both fast and pretty, you've made me forget my regrets about not seizing the opportunity to make a full 3D avatar render. (This choice was made for the sake of optimization so that's okay :) )
Edit : Also, opening the redeem menu makes the background move, not sure if intended, and quite unusual. G££ <= Me |

We have a system in place so that the UI will adapt to the colour scheme of the current release, this one being red and orange. The size issue with the ships is something we are aware of and may be tweaked soon as are the other issues. It's by design that the background moves when you open the Redeem window.
As mentioned though, work will continue here and there on it as CCP Karkur is very attached to her work and only wants the best for you.

Awww... But I never doubted of that !
Just to be accurate, I am aware that you're using an adaptive UI, so I guess it's no easy work to tweak it for every color scheme. Thus, I was not expecting to see for instance some blue among the red design. I just wanted to underline that in my opinion, widening a bit the color possibilities shouldn't hurt :) (Maybe I'm wrong, and this suggestion would look awful :D)

I still get the select screen to go back showing all characters after I have choosen one to log.
In the TQ client it animates and shows only the one I selected. In Sisi, it animates, all portraits flip, but then all of them return, and I can even click them, but if I click a character other than the one previously clicked, it produces and error. Just a small idea/suggestion to improve (imo) the character selection:
When I enter the game with my desired character, the loading wheel always spins in the middle of the screen over the 2nd character slot. While I know that I loaded the character in the 1st or 3rd slot, it's still a bit confusing seeing the 2nd slot loading. I think it would be better to let the loading wheel spin over the character that you actually selected. |

Hello im unable to log in past my character selection screen on all of my accounts. I click a character and it does nothing. If i was on an account with a place to make a character and click that spot nothing happens at all. Characters already made make the your logging in sound but you go no where. If i try to x out nothing happens so i have to control alt delete. This seemed to happen right after the patch i downloaded today on 11/25/2013 |
