Simple questions:
Does the existence of both the Noctis and automated tractor-structure remove the need for a Marauder tractor bonus?
Do we need to keep the bonus on tractor beams on the Marauders if we have multiple other methods of using them? Would the Marauders be better off with a better bonus? A bonus to damage application or DPS? A resistance bonus? Something else?
How necessary is the tractor beam bonus for various uses of the Marauder? How much does it improve PvE profitability and timing? Do Level 4s have a need for the tractor bonus? Does nullsec plexing? Belt ratting?
Would you support the removal of the tractor bonus and removal of 3 high slots if they were replaced with an increased stat such as sensor strength, warp core strength, T2 resists, drone bandwidth, etc? The first question is, how big is the tractor structure? If it takes up a considerable amount of the cargo bay then the rest is a moot point.
The tractor bonus is good for those who do not have multuple accounts and don't want to have to reship to a noctis every every time they want to salvage and loot.
If they feel the need to remove the tractor bonus, then it will be simply removed. It is not so critical of a bonus to warrant adding anything else to the ship should it be lost. Novis Initiis is Recruting-á --á Ideas for Drone Improvement |

You shouldn't need to use those structures. There should be a ship or two to compliment or provide alternatives to the structure. |

I suppose you are correct. It wouldn't be terribly unbalancing if they left in in and added another bonus in the other categories. So, if they wanted to buff the ships more, removing the tractor bonus wouldn't be something they require doing.

Which would you prefer? In short, yes. T2 resists (although this potentially makes Bastion OP), sensor strength and warp core strength. I'd love to see two high slots toasted for another medium and low slot on the Golem. I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week. |

This, all day and twice on Sunday. And honestly I would be okay if they did it to each of them. In return they can have two highs and the tractor bonus. |
