what is the relation here? I assume the larger the mass the higher the signature radius, and the higher the signature radius the easier to hit the ship? Also any mods to reduce sig rad?
Clearly im not gettting much work done today lol

they aren't really related, other then having lower of either is good for you. More mass makes you turn slower by lowering agility, and makes ab's and mwd's not give you quite as much speed, it doesn't up your sig radius at all.

AFAIK there's no direct relation between the two, other than larger ships generally have a larger sig radius. The larger the sig, the easier it is to track and hit (generally, there are other factors), and the only ship that can reduce it's sig is an interceptor, which gets a 5% per lvl decrease for the interceptors skill.
One of the pirate implants gives a reduction in sig radius, although i forget which. Too costly for me...

and a 3d way is to use skirmish warfare link - evasive maneuvers but need a battlecruiser or comand/flag ship for that. and I'm gessing a gang with at least 1 other person in same system as who-ever is flying the commandship

Not just in the same system. The gang modules need to be activated on the same grid as the other gang member too i believe.

there doesn't seem to be any relationship. it seem to be related to size and electronic (non-game-stat) signature. would explain why caldari ship have such large sig radius and minmatar ship (which are just filled with duct tape) have small ones.
not getting worke done either... __ Weirda Assault Ship need 4th Bonus and More! The pumps don't work... |

So to be clear...I'm slow *straps on helmet...Mass dictactes how quickly your ship turns etc and signature radius is the size of target that you present to the enemy there for the lower the signature radius the better. Correct?
Thanks

Yup.
Mass - turn speed (also reliant on agility, which isn't shown on show info) and acceleration as well as efficiency of afterburners and micro warpdrives. Less is preferable. Sig radius - enemy lock time, turret hit probability, and missile damage (larger sig radius does not increase damage, but smaller reduces damage).

Same system is enough. You don't need to sit in same grid, luckily.

Are you sure about that?
I'm not talking about the passive skills. Just the activated Modules. For some reson I thought it didn't work from outside of 1 AU or some random demarcation
I would check but I'm lazy and random people get suspicious when I ask them to gang =)
