I just now had kill rights on a guy. I got in range. I activated the kill rights. I targeted him. I activated my warp scrambler (It was a suicide Ganker, so he didn't have a defense against this). I fired my missiles.
I got a message: "Target is invulnerable."
Uh, how?
And of course, I no longer have kill rights on the guy.
Care to explain this? |

Did he just undock? Stupidity should be a bannable offense.

Usually this happens a few seconds before the target goes to warp.

My guess without further information to go on, is that he was near a station or gate and Docked/Jumped. |

Yeah, he was near a station, because he was a suicide ganker. Is this an exploit? He had been sitting about 10 KM fom the station for quite a while. |

Here's the thing. He wasn't a "stabbed out frigate." He was a suicide ganker in a Tornado without any stabs (why would a suicide Ganker have that. All his previous kills from Concord show this). How did he warp out if I had him scrambled? |

Maybe he was expecting the attack. This really does sound like warp core stabs. |

If you were sitting outside station, he would have reason to fit stabs and escape. Also did you actually manage to lock + scram him? If not, he might have just used an insta undock |

10km from the station model does not mean 10km from the station docking range. He docked. Save the Domi model! Spacewhales should be preserved. |
