EVE Special Agents Toolkit was thrown together to assist people working with 'The Faction Standings Repair Plan' to have a tracker and a simplified guide for completing the agent missions in Cosmos, Tag Collection and similar.
As there are literally hundreds of agents to browse through in the realm of Cosmos, keeping tabs on which has been completed and which are yet to come can be quite tedious. To effectively complete the "background storyline" which are formed by the 'Agents in Space' in Eve Online, this Toolkit will help you to see which agents you have access to, where to go, what if any special requirements are needed as well as links to existing and more comprehensive guidebooks for detailed mission info. It will also give links to alternative sites, in case some have gone missing, whilst giving you the basics of what each mission requires from you.
You can track your progress through all of the agents easily offline, but it does require a little bit of input from you. You can keep it up to date as frequently as you wish, and the guidelines for keeping it relevant to current progression is included in the file. The Toolkit also includes 'The Plan', modified from DMC's original for the Eve Online wiki.
Special thanks go to DeMichael Crimson and Jown Datloran for their hard work on existing guidebooks. This Toolkit comes simply as an addition and homage to their previous work.
Link to the file: http://eve-files.com/dl/265397
NOTE: Thukker Tribe cosmos details are incomplete for the high-end agents. This will be fixed soonGäó.

Nice addition, a compact excel sheet to keep track and see what's coming up.

I can definitely see a lot of work went into it. Very impressive to say the least. I'm sure the Tracker will be very helpful to players working those Event Agents. It's a lot better than how I did it using pen and paper.
I didn't see any of the Low Sec Cosmos Agents listed, both Minmatar and Amarr :
Low Security Minmatar - Audesder System (The Alliance Barracks) - 6 Agents
Low Security Amarr - Kenobanala System (Fort Kumar) - 7 Agents
https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/COSMOS
Anyway, thank you very much for the honorable mention. I'm sure Jowen Datloran feels the same. (By the way, Datloran's first name is spelled Jowen)

Anyway, I'm thinking of adding a link in 'The Plan' that leads to your 'Special Agents Toolkit'. Thanks again for the honorable mention. I'm sure Jowen Datloran feels the same. You're absolutely right, it IS missing those agents! Wonder why I missed them, but I think that is the only website I've seen listing those. I'll need to add them (The Amarr and Minnie cosmos were a mess to build anyways, so many different sites, all incomplete).
Sadly, if I update it it will mean you would need to copy-paste the info again from the earlier worksheet. Luckily there's not much to copy.
And Jowen, right, Jowen! Posted it too late in the night, me thinks... :) |

Yeah, you did an excellent job and there is definitely a lot of agents to research. Those low sec agents are also listed in this link = http://www.hb3.info/cosmos/ Seems only the Amarr Low Sec Cosmos Agents are documented in that guide.
Not counting the Pirate Event Agents or the Empire Agents offering Faction Ship BBC's, I only have 4 Empire Event Agents left to complete :
Kenobanala system - Fort Kumar
Amarr Empire - Minas Iksan - Lv 4 = +6.00 Imperial Navy Security (Central Control Tower) Must see Recruiter first
Khanid Kingdom - Zama Fedas - Lv 4 =+6.00 Royal Khanid Navy Security (Recruiter) gives Minas's Voucher
Audesder system - The Alliance Barracks
Minmatar Republic - Ison Tiadala Lv 4 = +6.00 Republic Fleet Security (Warlord) Must see Recruiter first
Outer Ring Excavations - Daemire Adamia Lv 4 = +6.00 ORE Mining Security (Recruiter) gives Ison's Voucher
All the Recruiters offer the same type of mission (Proving Your Mettle) and the Lv 3 agents offer a 2 part courier mission (No Faction increase). From what I've read, it seems the Warlord and the Central Control Tower each offer a 12 part mission series. Basically those 2 agents are the 'End Game' for the Empire Cosmos missions. I was planning on documenting those.

Great pointers! I was able to add the Amarr missions to the file, will post an update soon. The only thing missing now is Tagrina Angi's, Ison Tiadala's and Drusk Amakkit's mission details and names. Have you also completed the Thukker missions? I searched the whole of internet for these missions but couldn't find anything in any language, which is odd. If you have any guides on what the name of those missions are and what are required for each agent, I'd be more than happy to include the basics to this next update?
I also wonder what the 'Central Control Tower' in Minas's mission notes mean, didn't see anything about it in the other guidelines...
Thanks a ton for your help!

I completed only one Thukker Tribe Cosmos Agent a long long time ago, Pattok Nortul - Lv 1 Agent located in Gallente Cosmos - Algintal Constellation - Augnais System - 'Nickel & Dime Store' beacon.
This was back when Thukker was viewed as a Pirate Faction with negative standings towards all Factions. As such, I didn't document it and I just placed all the Thukker Cosmos Agents at the end of my list to be completed with the rest of the Pirate Event Agents.
As for the Empire Event Agents :
Minas Iksan isn't in a ship, that agent is in a structure - Central Control Tower - before talking to that agent, players must see a Recruiter first. That agent and Ison Tiadala (Warlord) are the top agents. Like I said, they are the 'End Game' for the Empire Cosmos Agents which I will soon work.
Drusk Amakkit and all of the Thukker Agents are documented here : http://www.hb3.info/cosmos/
The Agents in Audesder system at The Alliance Barracks basically mirror the Agents in Kenobanala system at Fort Kumar. The Recruiters send players into a 'Training Center' complex located within their system to retrieve 5 certs to be exchanged for 1 voucher which enables the player access to the end game agents.
The Alliance Barracks lv 4 Recruiter missions in Audesder system = Proving Your Mettle - Minmatar Military Training Complex - 2nd Room
Fort Kumar Lv 4 Recruiter missions in Kenobanala system = Proving Your Mettle - Amarr Military Training Facility
Minmatar Lv 3 Agent - Tagrina Angi - was broken for me, just would not offer mission even after GM intervention. However, due to seeing how the agents mirror the others, I believe her mission is the same as the one offered by Ammatar Lv 3 Agent - Kaeg Zkaen - a 2 part courier mission with no Faction standing increase.
I hope this helps. Wish I had more documentation for you. I started to get anxious and in a rush when I got close to the end of the Empire Event Agents resulting in missed screen shot opportunities.

Thanks a ton for your help on this! I was able to get the low-sec missions and descriptions into the file. The only thing I couldn't find much information on was Ison Tiadala's missions 2, 3, 4 and 5. I'm also not sure the location described in 6 and 7 is correct.
I've also added five 0,0 sec agents to Caldari sheet, and one of the missions from that bunch is missing the description.
None of the forums, blogs, foreign language sites etc. had any information on these parts, so if anyone has any information on these, I'd very gratefully add them to finish up the Toolkit.

Nice work. Some extra agents for you. From what I understand these agents are of the reward type, similar to those in the COSMOS area's that give out ship bpc's.
These minor factions give a (random) +5 implant I believe.
Khanid Kingdom - Tori Aman Ammatar Mandate - Madibe Arnadi Mordu's Legion Command - Teston Hrinz The Syndicate - Zaknar Cente Thukker Tribe - Bakkla Viftuin
The pirate factions have 3, I have no idea what they give out (possibly ship bpc's to match the empire ones?)
The Blood Raider Covenant - Sari Arkhi, Unnaya Mafir, Farak Kali Guristas Pirates - Pol Pat, Ippana Maltyr, Jakuzi Makar Sansha's Nation - Ophana Zett, Miguel Maktar, Karhoum Ykta Serpentis - Hara Lafleur, Luthetion Preque, Jaquon Jalibar Angel Cartel - Numa Fashit, Skami Zarton, Kardimo Menka
I'm not 100% certain if the lowsec COSMOS agents are still working, at one point they were being farmed by folk with supercarriers and I have an feeling either they were disabled or at least their rewards nerfed into the ground.
While we are on the subject of obscure agents has ANYONE ever been able to get a mission from Robikk Gurmurkur in Hjoramold? |

Thanks for these. I've added all the null-sec agents to the tables, including the ones mentioned above. I found some information regarding them from around the web and gathered them together, assuming they are comparable to each other. For the agents where no information was available in any language (I went through French, Czech, German and Russian sites without any further notes), I've just left them as unknown. I don't think there is much more to add - the only thing I would correct is the above-mentioned Ison Tiadala mission suite, if/when more info becomes available. Until then, it's as good as it gets. :)
Cheers!

Apparently not... Conditional formatting caused wicked colour schemes for some agents, streamlined all conditions for more pleasant looks, which also adds to combatibility between older and newer Excel versions. Perhaps a bit better than the pen and paper I too started with. Also, apparently the pirate nation bpc offers are also called "Improving Relations", just like the Empire ones.
Still searching the interwebs like nuts for those Ison Tiadala's mission details.....

Yes, the link is good. Maybe you could link to this forum thread, just in case someone comes up with more details and I need to update the file? I will keep it as accurate as possible, keeping it up as long as I can. The file should always be available through eve-files.com, shouldn't it, through that link? And if it would ever go down, you can always notify me either ingame or here!
Hopefully one day I can get it all in here, but that would be a very long process, as the info from a decade of eve still hasn't provided us with all the details. If there is no other choice I'll go to Audesder and check Ison's missions myself, even though I will never be able to complete the suite without a fleet, but the null-sec agents depend very much on sovereign alliances, their politics, faction availability etc.

Seems like eve-files is not accepting any uploads, so I shared the file on google docs. You still need to download the file from there, as it's showing it quite funky (the descriptions aren't truncated).
I finally got myself to Audesder and checked the descriptions for Ison Tiadala. This is the final file, so DMC, if you have a place somewhere to store this, or wish to have it linked somewhere, go ahead.
I will update the mirror at eve-files once I get this uploaded there.

I'm confused. Chribba stopped by and said Eve Files was in recovery mode.
So now the 'Eve Special Agents Toolkit' app needs to be downloaded once again?
Not sure if you know this but 'The Plan' in Evelopedia has been updated to include info about Security Tags. I also updated some other areas as well.
Now about the 'Eve Special Agents Toolkit' links I placed in Evelopedia and in the forum thread, those just link back to this thread.

Hi,
Still couldn't upload the latest file to Eve-files but google docs is fine for now. I'll put the mirror to eve-files once it's back in 100% functionality. I updated "The Plan" in it and fixed a type for two of the factions (seems CCP keeps changing the prefix "The" on and off). But now the file is as up to date as possible.
