So i'm predominantly a caldari mission runner ( lev 4's ), i switch out to exploration for a few days a month to feed my decryptor habit, i've mopped up 95% of the cosmos missions ( i'm a bit ocd ). moved out to an SOE agent in Osmon dodging mission gankers, moved back down to Citadel.. aaaaaaaaaaaand bored. Ideally i'd love to head up into deep 0.0 but that means joining another corp which is really not ideal. I used to make 50-100 mill isk an hr on lev 4's but after various patches, its tough making even 50 mill isk an hr after the last patch. ( the system requirements change has now pushed my dual core 2.0 256meg gfx card laptop to the point of superheating), so i can't use my 2nd acct to mop up my wrecks. gotta do it on the fly with my golem.
Anyway, I would like to get involved in incursions in Caldari space. I know you die-hards are gonna ***** about missile boats bla bla bla, but although I have uber shield/core/missile skills, I do have a rohk thats been gathering dust for a few years, all it needs is an oil change. My gunnery skills are pretty much all 4's, my drones aint bad too. If there are any regular incursion gangs looking for a disciplined extra-gun, then please get in touch. If it works out, i'll steer my skills to accomodate the fleet needs. I can fly logistics too but owning a basilisk/nighthawk will have to wait until my invention slots become available ( 6 weeks or so ).
I am flexible but as incursions are pretty new to me, I will only be flying t1 meta 4 fitted for the time being until I am more comfortable.
Mail me in game to arrange a chat....
Peace out. |

Don't want to be the jerk, but good luck with that one. Likely that you won't find a fleet which can do a decent income with such a fit. T2 equipment isn't that expensive, and doesn't take too long to skill for. |

I live on null. I am not a member of an alliance or blue to any corporation. I do this using Dotlan maps to help determine where all the npc stations are. I setup my dock/undock bookmarks, my gate travel bookmarks and do mostly exploration as I go. When needed I run an alt to mine the minerals I need to build the blue prints I collect.
Rubicon will come out with a deployable structure that will allow me more roaming options in null and thus more money making opportunities.
Living in null sec does not mean you must join a group. There are many opportunities to be had solo. |

As I said above, I would fly meta 4 until i was confident and i'd steer my training to suit the fleet if it were to work out long-term.

The problem is you're not gonna fly a fleet without at least T2 fittings. Good luck, though. |

95% of which Cosmos Faction, Caldari? Or do you mean all Factions?
You do know completing Amarr Cosmos will also add to your Caldari standing? Also there's the level 4 Empire Epic Arcs, not to mention the lv 3 Pirate Epic Arcs.
Anyway, mainly just wanted to say you can always form up your own fleet to run Incursions.

Something to think about: You only get bored when the amount of content your are consuming is greater than the content you are creating. Looking at this from an oversimplified black and white perspective if all you do is PVE, try some PVP.
OTOH, DMC is a good example of of the "grey areas" in my opening comments, he does mostly PVE but creates content by posting things like the Faction Standings Repair Plan and helping players understand how the game works. If you are not interested in PVP, try to think of ways to create content in this matter. |

If you wanted to test NullSec without joining another corporation you could always try Providence. The region is held under NRDS (Not Red Don't Shoot) meaning neutrals and non aggressive pilots are free to do PVE there. More information can be found here: http://www.cva-eve.org/index.php?page=faq If you're interested in moving out there my alliance holds systems under a semi-RP Caldari ideal and offers services to help move assets or help with settling into a new type of gameplay. (Info here: http://fourthdistrict.net/forums/index.php?board=2.0 )
If you haven't already tried them you could give the Empire Epic Arc's a go, the main faction ones can be a challenge and offer an interesting story.
Otherwise if you find something which helps let me know, I am somewhat in the same boat right now. Lieutenant Turelus

Another option could be joining FW, doing PVP in frigates and destroyers and rolling FW missions every now and then to make ISK. If you do it, don't join NPC FW corporation but do some research and find a proper group. |

I'm almost in the same boat like you but ahead of you one step because I do incursion, but because of the drama between incursion communities I wanted to try my luck joining couple of nullsec alliances and believe me who ever said it's easy is a lire XD. |

Incursions are not fun. They pay great isk but they are boring as hell. I was like you I did missions then incursions. Then I moved on to null.. |

Step up your mission game and do more than one Empire.
Incursions are good money IF you feel like grinding all day. Certainly less variety than missions however. More griefing than most sections of space, except of course Caldari. Eve is Real |

Think of Incursions as being the same three LVL-4 Missions done over and over ad infinitum, with a few differences thrown in.
1. They are ten times more difficult than a LVL-4, and will reward fools with Lossmails. 2. There will always be the occasional fool that shows up to test this. 3. Sometime the fool shows up in your fleet. 4. Sometimes the fool is your FC. 5. Makes for the occasional entertaining, or costly moment interspersed with the ad infinitum.

You could always try daytripping to wormhole space. It can be good isk and you can also blow people up - or get blown up. My missus thinks of EvE as 'the other woman'. :) |

There is nothing stopping you from going out to null. You do not need to leave your corp. Just go out there and have fun. |

TBH, null isn't fun. Null bears like to hide behind warp bubbles. It's such a lame mechanic. They really **** me off. |
