Does somebody know is there any rule about that where are Ice belts and Ore sites respawning and when? Are they always showing in the same systems and in exact time of day? |

Ice respawns 4 hours after the last ice-asteroid of the previous spawn has been mined out. One variable is how many miners and how long they take to mine out the current anomaly. Recently, some ice anoms have not seen many miners -- people are at work or school -- compared to the summer.
The ice anoms appear, currently, in the same solar systems where the old ice fields used to exist.
Asteroids belts respawn daily, with Down Time. Some respawns are more plentiful than others, with Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays apparently being more generous that the respawns on the other days of the week.
Some people claim that the asteroid respawns are slightly different in some region of space, different types of ore and/or different days of the week -- no idea if they are right or wrong, simply saying that anything is possible until proven otherwise.
Finally, you will find random ore sites appearing in all star systems. They appear at any time of day and are not linked to Down Time. They will appear as "green" sites on your Scanner Overlay... just point, click and go.
As with any asteroid belt, be prepared to fight off some rats that also spawn with the ore sites.

...except in Ammarian Territory (Amarr, Ammatar, Khanid). Many systems (i.e: Orva) now are "Ice Obsolete".
Check DOTLAN for Ice availability.
Also, for nitty gritty detail, if an Ice belt is mined out completely less than 4 hours before downtime, a new Ice Spawn will still indeed occur when the Server is back up, regardless. I was hopping that the ore sites have the same method of respawning but they aren't. I think of "green" sites on radar. So the only way is to hunt them down system by system :) |

I was wondering how that was playing out, given that some ice anoms don't see that many miners right now -- sometimes going 2 hours or so before being mined out -- and the next spawn being "delayed", so to speak.

The mean thing to do is to leave 1 Ice Rock floating there about an hour before DT. After DT, no new spawn. And if someone kindly sucks it up, it's still a 4 hour wait for that first spawn of the day.
ed: This has happened twice that I know of in the system I use. I was honestly expecting it to be exploited a bit more for idiot lulz. Man is a Religious Animal. He is the only Religious Animal. current theory for anomalies is that once they are completed (all ore mined they respawn in a random system in in the same ? region or constellation ? not sure of which one but in could be anywhere within this is not only ore but any sig or annom |

Hm, I'll check that out. When I clear my next ore site, I'll search whole constellation to see is there a new ore site respawned. If not than this theory also goes in the water :) |
