Many People question if ships do carry crews.
I shall lay this out.
"Capsuleers"
Free Citizens of EVE. (the players) who pilot the modified Ships which incorporate the Pod technology. This allows for Civilians to fly the 'civilian' releases of the ships. Titans, Carriers, Dreads, Battleships, etc.
There are EMPIRE variants, which are not released to the public. Like the MASSIVE Empire Titans, which look NOTHING like the released titans.
Khanid has one of the Amarrian Empire Titans since Khanid himself stole one as he defected. The EMPIRE Titans are run by crews.

"Empire Ships"
These are MANNED ships, aka have crew. These are the NPC Ships that fly around. They carry crew, and are much more efficient than capsuleers during combat due to 9+ minds on the bridge monitoring combat, instead of the +1 Capsuleer who being human, focuses on objects.

I could be wrong, but everything i've read in the Chronicles and the Short Stories says that Capsule make ships more efficient and effective because of the direct control and lack of communication break down that having to captain a ship full of people causes. Also, larger ships do have very small crews but capsuleers usually never even meet these folks.

I think everything you said is wrong.
Capsule ships are more effective and more powerful than ships without capsules. This is because the capsule allows the pilot to control the ship more quickly and effectively.
There is absolutely nothing to suggest that the Empires' titans look different from the titans being released now.

Resist the urge to post in this thread. There are 800 other threads that explain it all. Repeatedly. And Nik, youa re incorrect(Unusual, especially on this topic),the empire titans and the pod pilot titans are different. Dunno if it is stated anywhere in prime fiction, but it was I think ina blog, the Pod titans are smaller(gets around that whole needing an entire moon and generations of labor to build one thing from the Amarr titan PF).

If you can find this somewhere, please do show me, because I haven't seen anything to this effect. My way of getting around the "takes a whole moon and generations of labor" thing is that our automated space-mining technologies and automated mechanized construction processes, we can get the same amount of work done in a fraction of the time. Just look at how long it takes to build an aircraft carrier today...then look at how long it takes to build a battleship (much larger and far more complex) in EVE.

Empire Titans are different from the player ones. Remember when Salvador Sarpati stole a Soltueur-class Titan and somehow drove it to Serpentis prime with haf of the Federation navy after him? Ttat Titan looked nothing like the Erebos-class Titan. I think Erobos is the bigger of the two tho.

Yes there is, they are smaller variants of the Empire Titans. It stated it somewhere, from Oveurs own mouth I believe. Have a look around.
As for the crews, all ships have crews. Even pod ships. Read hand of a killer.
