At first glance, allowing faction items to be openly traded thru the station market system is a great thing. It certainly makes finding things easier.
However, I think there is a negative side effect to this convenience - losing the human touch. There is no more "thrill of the bargain hunt," no more private conversions with potential buyers and sellers, no need to interact with people at all. Somehow this extra convenience diminished the gaming experience as a whole.

To some point, I agree with you.
On the other hand, I cannot, as those hours spent piecing together faction items at low prices can now be spent doing other things that can be construed as "interaction." Once you realize what a joke everything is, being the comedian is the only thing that makes sense. |

That could be said about any item, not just exclusively Faction Items.
Do remember that a good majority of things in New Eden are player made. You can't expect everybody to spend even more time after the manufacturing process bartering and conversing with another player just to make a few transactions.

Why would you need to interact or have fun? STFU and buy PLEX, that's all what's about. |

Odd, I don't recall interacting with a single person while browsing contracts for the items I wanted.
I just remember it being a giant PITA compared to being on the market today.
Sorry OP, your opinion is wrong in my eyes.
I find that without a good mob to provide one for them, most people would have no mentality at all. |

Pretty much this. Was a pain in the ass hunting the stuff you wanted down. And avoiding all the scamming and so on in the contracts. So yeah, it's better for them to be on the market where they should be than in contracts only. *removed inappropriate signature* - CCP Eterne |

Has adding faction items to the market really stopped you from advertising your faction wares in Jita local or are you just not scamm....I mean making as much profit as before.
Is there a faction trade channel similar to other trade channels where you can still have that human contact experience, if not create one |

This is your choice.
The contract system has not gone away; no items have been barred from being contracted. If you want to hunt for a bargain and hold private conversations with buyers and sellers, there is nothing to stop you. GÇ£If you're not willing to fight for what you have in GëívGëí you don't deserve it, and you will lose it.GÇ¥
