simple, finally bring out those 3 point T2 warp scramblers and 2 point T2 warp disruptors that are in the database.

How about instead of nerfing wcs, we nerf ppl complaining about it. Delete their corps and make them join other corps who actually have a clue about tackling.
OMG a ship got away from my -2 crusader with 4 dmg mods: OH NOES!!!!! Nerf it.

but personally WCS dont really bother, me, if people want to nerf there setups just so they can run away like little girls, thats fine by me

I personaly don't think there is a prob with WCS. I just made this thread for fun.

I think they should add +2 warp stabs that kill your stats like a MWD kills your cap.
Then they can go ahead and add some cap-hungry -3 scram for all I care. Those who really, really dont want to fight, like the indies, can have ****-all stats and mega stabilization?

impossible to make them high slot unless you give industrials 4 or more high slots.
or even better if you want to make the WCS a high slot add this to the Industrial Ships, +1 warp power per level of industrial.

Unfourtunatly, there are. Low slot item, 50 CPU, 1 PG, -2 Warp Scramble Strength.

Interestingly, there's a post in the Heavy Nos *****fest that's complaining that there's not enough 'utility' high slot modules, so that the big ships mount a couple of nosses by default.

Start using Interdictors - their Bubbles stops ANYTHING! they got 20km Radius
EDIT: Interdictor bubles gives -10000x 1000 gazzilions minus scramble points

remove warp core stabs, and add "projected warp core stabalizers" instead. midslot ewar module that increases the warp strength of the targeted ship.

Well, warp core stabilizers need a penalty. Right now they have none. No cap activation, no range, no agility nerf, no cap nerf, no resolution nerf.. Nothing.
10% agility penalty per wcs :)

ERrrr, what if warp stabs just made your ship move and wrap slower?
Think about it, inirtia increase, decress in speed and slower warp.
You can fit them, they will protect you from getting scrambled but your trip is going to take longer. _ ____ _______ _________________________________________________________

remember this one though... from xiaogui:
make wcs use 100cpu. problem solved.... no complicated crap needed. industrial can still fit a ton, and any fighting ship is going to be too gimped to fight with one (or more).
also - the whole time that you ship is aligning/speeding up to warp (when it say 'warping' in you speed bar), it signature radius AT MINIMUM should be affected like having MWD on...

Which is nice, but when only one interceptor out of 8 can be considered useful tackler (i.e. not requiring 4+ people to actually hold single target down) ... then it's not exactly the most convincing argument for keeping things the way they are. Same for interdictors -- if brand new ship class is supposed to be answer, then one can question the point of existence of most of current small ships.

Whining to make the WCS a high slot is ridiculous.
You have to understand that not everyone wants to pvp yet they still want to be able to enjoy the game.
Make WCS a high slot? Fine, just make sure disruptors and jammers are high slot as well. If peeps have to lose some damage for defense then so should people looking to jam them.

Web takes a slot too. And preventing your target from mwd'ing to the gate and jumping through can be part of tackling as well...
(not to mention it still doesn't address the issue of ships with less than 4 mids)
