Hi
I am wanting to join FW as I want some PVP and also PVE when its quieter to make ISK for ship replacement. My question is two fold
1- what would be the best option for both (or are they all pretty much the same) 2- I am in my own corp at the moment, would I be ok staying in this or is there some benefit from joining a larger corp?
Thanks for reading
Your advice is welcome. |

1. Yes, running plexes in the FW warzone will get you both isk and fights. Heres an intro:

2. Signing your corp up to the war effort is an option, but you'd be better off joining an established FW corp to learn the ropes. |

Your FW activities such as Plexing will definitely pay for your losses and is relatively capable of paying for your account itself. The beauty of this system in many respects is that you will get plenty of pvp in the process.
I would also definitely recommend joining a good corp in a strong alliance within FW, if you want to take part in fleets to roam or achieve a strategic objective then being in a known corp is almost a requirement for comms.
Incidentally, joining FW now is a great time! I can't speak for the Amarr/Minnie war but both Gal and Caldari are having a great deal of fun, with the Gallente outnumbered but fighting almost continuously and the Caldari focusing on capturing systems. |

Just confirming that Cal/Gal war-zone is the hottest its been in a long time, if you would like learn PVP the not so hard way I would strongly recommend joining one of the larger FW Corps/Alliances as most offer a training program that helps explain a lot of the basics. |

Join up with a larger group to get the most out of it. A lot of the fleets in the warzones are not available to the public militia, and are restricted to alliances & allies. Can't speak for the Min/Amarr area, but if you go Cal/Gal consider trying to link up with Templis Dragonaors, Black Talon, SQUIDZ or BORG on the Caldari side, and on the Gal side consider Justified Chaos, Qcats, Sicurus Draconis (That is certainly not how you spell it, but it something to that effect) to get the most out of your FW experience. |
