What do you think I should use? What are the benefits and weakness? I will perhaps move to 0.0 and would like to know which ship to buy.
They prob have their own uses, and perhaps are not similiar at all. Any recommendations?

NPC:s in 0.0 pack a lot of meat. You could encounter a bunch of easy targets like frigates, or you could end up being warp scrambled by a couple of cruisers, who in turn are flying alongside two battleships.
I would go for a BS or bring along a fellow pilot as support, no matter what you fly. And do I need to mention that you need insta jumps in 0.0, to minimize the risk of being attacked by other pilots? |

If your gonna go with a BC of AF for 0.0 rat hunting I would say train for BC. Not that they are better ships - but you can kill BS spawn a lot faster with larger/stronger/more weapons. BC advantage over AF's are the amount of weapons and the size of the weapons they can fit. If you train correctly you can tank pretty well too.

It is doable enough with assault frigate, just stay out of those webber range. But also take note; some ships (even battleships) tend to mwd alot . It's ridicolous, to see a battleship MWDed 1km/s running away from you. Hope the blood patch soon to fix this. ---------

BC's take alot of damage from 0.0's BS spawn. That means you have to sacrifice a lot of offensive mods.
AF's can wade into anything and pay more attention to local than to combat.
I'd say they have very similar speed in total when you average 1)engagement, 2)clearing the belt, and 3)can cleanup.
A battleship is the only way to really speed up npcing below -0.3 (hidden)sec. -0.2 to 0.4 is really done most efficiently in ships that are smaller than BS. This might exclude caldari of course.

Why? Caldari's belt are harder or you're saying their ships are weaker?
