Ok, so as i got it, now NPC pirates wont attack non-agressing pilots in belts.
But if i have standing -5 to the faction that those pirate NPC ship belong to, they will attacke me right away in belt?
Ok, but will their NPC stns attack me as well? For example if i have -5.1 to Angels would their NPC stns pop me?
Thanks -=-

Not quite. If I got that correctly, it means that if you e.g. got -5 with the Amarr empire, at least the Amarr Navy ships will attack you on sight.
I'm a little fuzzy on the details involving CONCORD and sentries, though.

only aplies to the empires..
Pirates are still letting you dock at -5 and beyond (sentries shouldn't attack)

Well, but Amarr Navy ships are patrolling Amarr space if im not mistaken.
So if you run Minmatar agents for long time for your standing to drop...youll get shot in Amarr space?
Same goes for Gallente ^ Caldari? -=-

yes if you have poor standing with one of the empires (ie amarr since you do tons of minmatar missions) then when you enter space patroled by that empires navy, the navy will kill your ship on sight. (actually they will appear shortly after you jump in and a nice message goes out grid wide saying you are going to be attacked.)
It used to work this way a while back but something caused it to break. That something has now been fixed and the navies will respond correctly now.

Well, but sentries wont attack?
And btw, doesnt it mean that all the pilots who agent run very long, will have some areas of empire space "closed" to them? I mean, theres no way you can counter those Navy ships as they same as CONCORD basicly.. -=-

sentries are not part of the navy (by sentry i mean the fixed guns outside the stations and gates) as far as i am aware.
As for mission runners eventually being locked out of certain space, yes that will happen unless they take a break and work for that other faction for a while before their standing gets too low.
The standing gain from doing one mission is bigger than the standing loss for doing one mission for the "enemy" faction. Granted you will not get to high stand very easily by playing both sides, but you can stay in the good graces of both sides doing that.

Hm, if i take it right then faction standing is only lowered when your doing particulary mission against faction?
For example if im doing an anti-serpentis mission it wont lower my Caldari standings if i work for Gallente Navy, while doing mission like Militaryn Presence of whatever mission that includes Caldari Navy, will lower those standings.
p.s. again, as i take it, the only affect will be taken is affect from faction standing and not corporation standing? I.e. standing to Caldari State and not standing to Caldari Navy in particular?
p.p.s. and docking and such still will be ok if you have -*.* standings to any NPC corp/faction? -=-

What is the effect of Diplomacy? Will it stop a KOS navy from attacking you if you have standing above -5 with the skill? --- Slot 10 Akemons Modified 'Noble'Zet 5000 implant +8% Armour FREE |

So the standing that matters is the faction one or corporation one? i.e. standing to whole Caldari State or only Caldari Navy? -=-
