All opinions are valid. No they are not, this is not kindergarden. Just because you think you should not have to deal with the uncertainty of someone who may or may not be able to harm you does not make you right. OK, your opinions are not valid. Or wait, is it not me who decides? Who decides who's opinion is and isn't valid? It is you? lol, you're an idiot... Of course all opinions are valid. You just seem to be confused between thinking and opinion is valid, and thinking it should be acted upon. From your language, I can even tell that you don't even know what "valid" means. You have stated "Just because you think ... does not make you right". Well did I say I was right? No, not at all. I stated that my opinion, like anyone else's is valid. Thus it deserves the same respect as anyone else's opinion, regardless of whether or not you agree. If an opinion is not worth being acted upon, it is not valid. Especially not for the purpose of a discussion regarding gameplay balance. |

Bubba Zennedi wrote: All you deep null sec carebears are pathetic. NEWSFLASH for anyone living in hs: The front door of null sec is camped. The BACK side of null is full of belt ratter, miners and plex runners who shite themselves when someone non-blue comes into system. Tell the guy that got you into that null sec alliance that you just can't hack it and get back to hs where you can mine with wild afk abandon.
This.
I live in LS, When I want to PVE some generally I enter some wormhole that lead in nul. Often this bring me to some backword area. Generally is all empty, but even if someone is there as my almighty presence (T2 exploration frigate with no guns) shows in local everyone dock or hide leaving me free action.
And while they're busy posting on the forum about AFK cloackers I clear their sites :)

How about this as a reason to have a method of hunting cloaked ships:
Many PvP Pilots enjoy hunting near helpless targets by ambush for the easy kills and thrills harming another with little risk to themselves. Some of those pilots may want a bit more challenge, and so choose to hunt cloaking vessels, knowing them to be weak yet combat capable. Therefore it is in the best pvp sandboxy interest of the game to have a way of effectively hunting cloaked vessels.
If the cloaky wants more security he can bring more friends to help protect him, in the exact same way the PvE focused pilots need escorts. What is good for the goose should be good for the gander. All the cloakers just want to keep their position as only completly safe pilot in space, capable of projecting a threat from one newbie frig to infinity without reasonable counter other than 'stop playing' from the PvE viewpoint. |
