This thread will be updated with new information as it becomes available regarding issues with the Bloodlines Deployment.Traffic Advisories , this feature was added with the Bloodlines patch. As the load from server start-up balances out and the server start-up process completes, these pop-ups will appear with less frequency.Market Issues/Unavailability , this is also a part of the server start-up process. Markets will open up as the server start-up process completes.New character creation resulting in 0 skills or skill points for certain bloodlines is a known issue and being worked on. It appears that there are some issues with the Newbie Skills table that need to be resolved. The Devs are working on a fix. kieron Community Manager, EVE OnlineCome to the Dark Side. We have cookies! Fixes to resolve the major patch issues are being ported over to Tranquility. We will make a couple checks, then start the server up if the checks are passed. Please keep in mind that there may be a high number of travel advisory pop-ups when the server comes back up. The 'grace period' on start-up has been extended, but it will need some tweaks over the coming days to find the right balance. kieron Community Manager, EVE Online

The server is back online after the hotfix. At the onset, the server limit will be capped to assist with the log-in load. As server stability increases, the concurrent user cap will be increased. kieron Community Manager, EVE Online

If you are facing a high number of windows (people & places, market, journal, etc.) opening up between session changes (undocking, jumping, etc.), please clear your cache. This will resolve this problem. kieron Community Manager, EVE Online

A live hotfix is being applied to Tranquility in an effort to resolve the issue with agent missions. A reboot of the server is necessary for the hotfix to take effect and should last approximately 20 minutes. kieron Community Manager, EVE Online

A server hotfix has been applied during the server reboot that occured at approximately 1645 EVE time. This hotfix addresses the issue of windows opening (Market, People & Places, Journal, etc.) after a session change (undocking, jumping). The ongoing memory leak causing nodes to drop in certain systems is under investigation. kieron Community Manager, EVE Online

From Valar's new News Item : Due to the server problems we are rebooting at 23:10. This reboot does not address the memory leak, however, we will make configuration changes to the cluster that should give us more stability and more time until the server memory is full. We will also deploy a small server-side hotfix to address the issue with windows popping up on every jump. kieron Community Manager, EVE Online

We've been deploying server hotfixes in the downtimes and working on a client patch to address the issues in this thread which we can't fix serverside. The bigges issue still is the memory allocation problems which cause a ton of errors when services encounter them, causing nodes to go into a vegetative state - causing a boatload of side-effects. We're no balancing manually over nodes to prevent them from reach the error points, we've deployed a better memory tracker which will impair server performance but will allow us to pinpoint better where the error is. Of course, due to the serious state the nodes go into when encountering the memory allocation errors, the GM's are swamped. We're putting our dev team members to help out the GM's to clear the queues, which should help the situation. We've been moving the GM's over to our headquarters and will be expanding the team to accomodate the massive amounts of new players. With 106.000 subscribers, any minor error will cause 1000's of petitions and we need to be in a position to address that when it happens.Senior Producer EVE Online

The Discussion and Issue thread has been restarted , please check the Known Issues page before posting to the new thread and be sure to file a Bug Report . A patch will be deployed in the very near future based on the feedback from the forums, bug reports and more internal testing. Player bug reporting efforts are especially appreciated and essential to repairing as many issues as possible. Devs that have not been working on the QA process, bug hunting and repairs have been assisting the GM team with the petition queue. We ask for your patience in regards to response time. kieron Community Manager, EVE Online
