I'd love to see a kings-of-missiles Caldari/Minmatar pirate faction. Which one? Well, we have Mordus' Legion, Equilibrium of Mankind and the Ammatar as the still non-playable factions. However, none of them (excepting Mordus' Legion, perhaps) would fit those 2 empires' combination.
Perhaps their bonuses should go towards full use of their missiles: damage, explosion radius, explosion velocity, max velocity, max flight time. I can picture a ship shooting very fast and powerful missiles. Many of them.
Being Caldari+Minmatar, seems like shields are the way to go; that would also define their asthetics (armor ships tend to have curved, featurless armors for maximun resiliance, while shield ships tend to be more blocky and pointy as they don't have to worry about those fragile parts being hit). They could also benefit from a Target Painter bonus, coming from the Minmatar. |

It isn't too bad a bonus, and I don't know what other bonus to add. Needs something else. As it's more close to the SoE, it needed at least another bonus, honestly, the SoE still had one more bonus then this did. shhhh |

Also I think I'd like to see a 50% bonus to target painters as the special ability rather than the remote boost bonuses. Trade a low for a mid and you're looking good. |

In general it'd be nice to have another series of missile-based faction hulls available. Right now, out of the six series of faction hulls, five pirates plus Sisters, only one is missile-based. |

Just set sig to 340 and remove that bonus to avoid clutter. SoE BS bonuses are designed in a way that you cannot use them all at once - thats why there are 5 of them..
Also as it is not a drone boat it should have 21 slot layout, consider adding medium slot for 7/7/6 layout to match other non-drone faction BS. Opinions are like assholes. Everybody's got one and everyone thinks everyone else's stinks. |

CCP have hinted the Gile/Snake etc might see a redesign towards missiles. See SoE thread for details. Very vague hint but was in response to concerns over it stepping on them

But those are the only shield tank drone boats in the game. Honestly if they do that I will be seriously pissed off. |

Just digging out an idea from 2008:
Ulfhedinn
Originating from a tribal world at the Minmatar/Caldari border. Tradition of warfare even far before starflight or the amarr slavery.. Parted with the minmatar republic when they could no longer be controlled. Cevere mercenaries that became reckless beyond sanity and a liability to their corps joined up. Became a machine gun on auto fire that can be pointed at anyone when the right incentive is given. Most fight for the sheer joy of blowing things up. Fly modified ships to fit their tactics.
Ships are based on the Breacher, Scythe and Tempest Ship bonuses are: +25% RoF to Rocket/HAM/Siege launchers. +10% explosive and kinetic missile damage per Caldari Ship Skill +5% ship velocity per Minmatar Ship Skill
Fitting gets increased where needed to be on par with the other faction ships, especially a additional low slot for a damage or speed module. Turrets get removed and missile slots increased. Sovereignty and Population New Mining Mechanics |

First off the Worm/Gila/RS aren't missile boats, they are drone boats.
I liek the idea of a TP bonus, but I rather not loose the boost bonus, that's why I have the explosion radius bonus in there |

This should help it not be OP, but I still don't know for the other bonuses, needs to be something that would make the ship have to change up to use, ideas?
Also already been over how to fix Rapids, you didn't like my idea Arthur, even though it was pretty sound. |

This. Possibly with slot layout that allows for both shield or armor tanking, Minmatar style. I feel like there are alredy enough shield only missile ships, I would like more options for armor missile ships other than Khanid and odd ones like the Gnosis and Schyte FI. |
