Hello,
I did a Cosmic Anomaly Combat Site, when I cleared it it gives me a location in my Journal for an Expedition.
I went to the expedition system and warped to the location in my journal. I did the first pocket in one time, I did the second pocket with a warp out one time. In the third pocket, I warped out two times to dock and repair my ship, and now I can't warp to the location in my journal.
I already tried to dock/undock and try to jump again, change to an other solar system and back again but nothing work.
Anyone can tell me if it's a bug or if there's a limited number of warp we can do to the location or anthing else ?
Thank you |

Sounds like you finished it. Or maybe someone else scanned you down and finished it for you when you warped out. |

When the expedition is finish, should the destination in the journal disappear ?
If I kill the commander in the last pocket and warp out without killing others NPC and turrets, does it makes the expedition finished ? |

If you destroy the Overseer / Commander NPC and warp out, the site will despawn.
If the expedition site location is still listed in your Journal yet when you warp to it there's nothing there, more than likely it's a bug. You can submit a support ticket about it but I don't think it'll help.
Next time make sure you bookmark the landing beacon at the site right after warping to it so you can salvage and loot. If you wanna kill all of the NPC's at the site then save the Commander NPC for last.
That's about it, good luck to you.

Possibly a stupid question but...
Expeditions have a chain of sites to go to with each site having a chance to escalate to the next one in the chain. So it is quite possible for an expedition to dead-end after one site or run through half a dozen or so.
If you killed the commander then it's probable that that was the trigger to escalate to the next site in the expedition. When this happens the entry in your journal will change to the next system. So are you sure that when you're trying to warp back to the first room and it's failing it isn't because the journal entry that you are warping to is now pointing to a different solar system?
To get back to the original site you will need to use bookmarks (save location on a wreck, for example, in each room.) If you have no bookmarks and no journal entry then there's pretty much no way to get back to it unless maybe there's some drones you left floating in the room that you can combat probe.

if you killed the commander and warped out without looting or bookmarking then you're screwed. "CCP is changing policy, and has asked that we discontinue the bonus credit program after November 7th. So until then, enjoy a super-bonus of 1B Blink Credit for each 60-day GTC you buy!"
Never forget. |

I'm sure that the Journal location was at the same system, I didn't bookmarked the location because it was the first expedition for me, so I didn't know that it was going to happen like that.
Next time, I'll be carefull about focus.

That is how expeditions from Cosmic Signature 'Named' Combat sites are done. They usually escalate to another Deadspace area with a chance of escalation to a new location, up to 4 different stages.
Cosmic Anomalies are different and will only escalate once to a multi-room DED rated Complex which is what the OP had gained.
