Are they going to change the station size on some of the Gallente station. They are like 40 KM wide, you you still have to fly halfway through them to dock. Either make them small again, or make the docking range 40 km. ---------------------------------------

1194 Gallente Station 5 now has proper collision model and docking radius.

Still... All Gallente stations have too small exits, even for indies. One of them even has no exit.
And the wheels of the research station are very bestower unfriendly. --- soonÖ |

Edited by: t00r on 11/09/2003 05:09:17 I got in a bestower about a week or 2 ago, and i have NEVER been stuck on so many things before. What i'd like to know is do u find urself getting stuck a lot more in a bestower than any other ship? I do. I feel there is something wrong in that dept. I dunno whether its the actual bestower model, game mech's or me. I could prolly go with the latter, but wondered what ur views were. __________________________________________ 1.9 How can I participate in beta testing EVE? |

Yeah i'm getting stuck at most Gallente stations, and some of the Caldari too.
I think it has to do with the fact that the bestower is not only long, but also very fat. --- soonÖ |

Bestowers have very low agility, making them stick on a lot of things. That is their downside to the huge cargo hold they have for ship that require so little training time. If you're in a roid belt, you'll want to completely clear the roid belt before warping, or you'll get stuck on them. The Beslower is not a ship, it's a house

Where does it show the agility of the bestower?

I find this with most ships. Theres been many a discussion on it in past threads.
Another thing i also find with the stower, is when a cc is spawned when we are mining, it spawns it about 2.5k away... whats ur thoughts on that one?
EDIT: Also, its one of the lightest industrials available, surely.. lighter should = more agile?

Agility is a stat that doesn't show.

Except for size, mostly it's length, a fully expanded Mammoth maneuvers around roids easily. It's length is it's sticking point.
One of the strangest things you'll watch is a Mammoth ducking under an asteroid, following it's curvature, to get to a can on the other side. It just looks wierd.

Be careful out there. That other guy waiting in the queue for the gate MIGHT be a baby-munching frock-burner, YOU JUST DON'T KNOW!- Lallante |
