I've recently made some copies of a blueprint (I won't tell which one) and I'm wondering what to do with them. I can't do invention yet so I'm thinking of selling them.
What kind of prices should I charge for them? |

Your blueprint copies are worth anywhere from 0 isk to 1 billion isk. Good luck with that. "CCP is changing policy, and has asked that we discontinue the bonus credit program after November 7th. So until then, enjoy a super-bonus of 1B Blink Credit for each 60-day GTC you buy!"

Ship BPC's can sell, especially if they are researched with better ME/PE and sold cheaper than everybody else's in a trade hub. People love collecting ships if they get them for next to nothing.
Ammo/Missile BPC's can sell too, based on the above conditions. It's a lot easier to haul the BPC's to a new base and just build ammo as needed with local materials.
A lot of POS structure copies can sell, just because very few people want to actually invest in a BPO that only gets used once or twice.
Other BPC's, not so much. Anybody who can invent with them is probably already using an alt to copy them as you speak. Or they are like me and have around 20,000 BPC's stockpiled in containers for future invention projects already. |

Price depends on the BPC, the item, the number of runs, the ME and PE. Right click the BPC -> find in contracts, see what's listed under contracts and compare. Or, if you're not terrified of someone else stealing your monopoly, ask in the Blueprints channel.
For inventable BPCs, unless they're things like freighter BPCs, probably not all that much.
To give you an idea, on contract at the moment are: Scourge Heavy Missile BPC, max run, high ME: 300 000 ISK Ballistic Control I BPC, max run, ME 50: 200 000 ISK Caracal BPC, 1 run 200 000 ISK Drake BPC, 1 run 300 000 ISK Raven BPC, 1 run 1.25 million Charon BPC, 1 run ME 0 (for invention) 46 million, ME 6 70 million. |

FYI, there's no T2 version of that, so, uh, don't worry about your ability to invent from it... EvE: Everyone vs Everyone

Very few of the Ewar drones are used much (which a check of the Jita market would have shown), so probably yes.
The only one of the med EWar drones that sells in any quantity in the market hub near me is the Vespa, it sells about 200 a day. BPCs for it go for about a million ISK for a max-run, well-researched BPC, but will probably sell very slowly. If it's any of the others, probably easier to trash the BPC (and the BPO for that matter) than try to sell them.

No, because you're smarter now than when you started!
Because ewar drones aren't used in invention (no t2 versions), unresearched copies don't have much value. A blueprint like that you want to research, then either try to sell copies, sell the BPO itself for a profit, or see if you can manufacture the drones and sell them for a profit. Another possibility is to sell sets of bpc in a theme. For example, you might want to package 1 of each medium drone (max-run) bpc.
It might be worth spending a couple minutes checking contracts to see what other folks do. The packs probably won't sell very quickly, but folks moving to nullsec tend to take a bunch of bpc rather than bpo. |

So much of Eve is all about this one simple fact.
You'll make mistakes, you'll spend ISK unwisely... but along the way you'll collect knowledge and learn how to apply it.
So, don't count this as a loss, count it as a cheap learning experience!
Good Luck!

Well then, Miss Troll, what do you recommend that he do since you seem to have all the angles of EVE mastered and perfected ?????? "He has mounted his hind-legs, and blown crass vapidities through the bowel of his neck."-á - Ambrose Bierce on Oscar Wilde's Lecture in San Francisco 1882 |

Problem is I'm science 4 so I can't do invention yet.

Other problem is that unless you sit down and do a LOT of market research, invention may well lose you ISK. It's also tedious and a hell of a lot of clicking around.
(oh, and since there are no T2 versions of EWar drones, not an option in this case) |

I do T2 invention, and purchase all my BPCs from another player in set batches each week.
If you want to get into selling BPCs, try advertising your services. [But you are very far from max skills, and I imagine you don't have a POS, so probably not worth it to try for you.] As an example of the amount of ISK you might make, I pay the person I purchase BPCs from 70k per hour taken for each copy. So per character with 10 lab slots, that's ~117.6m per week minus datasheet costs.
As other posters have mentioned, invention is more profitable and I suggest you look into starting that rather than bothering with BPCs. Maybe even build up a stockpile of BPCs you will invent from while you are training to invent them?
Feel free to drop me an EVE Mail if you need help getting started with invention.

I earn 1b-2b a month selling copies. I'm primarily limited by the number of copy slots, and secondarily by the number of contracts (21).
My goal is for copies to pay for the cost of POS fuel, which they more than do. |
