Hi Pilots,
I'm not sure if I'm the only one experiencing it, but after I logged into Launcher, clicked start, this appeared..

I tried a few times and it's the same. I didn't touch any files in the program files or did anything. It was alright earlier in the day when I logged in and suddenly next startup this happened.
Anyone knows what happened? Should I re-download (which I try not to because it takes so long) or contact CCP?
Thanks!! |

Looks like you lost the "language" file, which contains the text that should be used for your language.
Doesn't the launcher have a "repair" button that let it validate the installation and only reload corrupted files? (I can't check right now, I'm not at home.) |

You can run repair.eve in the EVE folder, though I think it only repairs the client, as it has proven unreliable at repairing the launcher for me.
I do a full re-install when I have problems, and I use the offline-installer. |

Minor fix:
Repair.exe
Not repair.eve
When refering to executables was .eve files...you are definately playing EVE too much.
But, solid advice from both of you. Want to have some chat in game? Need help to get into the game as a new player? Just join my channel: Crazy Dutch Guy |
