Sold him!? Well. I hope he got a good price. Long-suffering bureaucratic-yet-noble heroes for the most part do not piddle on priceless carpets or damage antediluvian armoires with constant pelvic grinding. Ahem.

I think everyone has figured out by now that he's actually a Sani Sabik, right?

As noted farther up in the thread, we are a Federation of peoples, of colors, of tongues, and worlds. Things have not always been perfect in the Federation, at least elections are always a laugh, but our diversity has always been an asset, IMO, and the peoples and cultures of the Federation have brought things to our collective table.
So, either you are being satirical, or this xenophobic and racist attitude of yours is legit and you need to pull your head out of your afterburner.
I only hope there isn't more like you at home, because I didn't serve in the Federal Marines for twenty damned years, and lost some good friends along the way, to see your 'concerned citizen' xenophobic garbage become some kind of reality.

To the OP ...... slither back under your rock.
You have delivered the stereotypical rant of the unwashed unskilled envious losers that dwell at the bottom of every society where merit and intelligence offer a path to success, "I'm not a racist, just a concerned citizen" (Who stands against everything his nation stands for.).
Please immigrate to amarr where your type of delusional filth passes for religious scripture. As the saying goes "Good riddance to bad rubbish!". The Best Ship In EVE Online Is "Friendship", Power To The Players! |

Mr. Ronin, I completely agree with you. Such rot as that which Mr. Roden has set forth here is not representative of Gallentean society, the ideals of freedom we uphold, nor in the interest of the Federation as a whole. |

While agree with your sentiment, I can do so freely without fear of reprisal, if only because I live on the opposite side of New Eden. As a Federation citizen, however, saying such things makes me fear for your safety, as Blaque's regime has a way of making disappear those who make a habit of actually exercising the rights that the Federation claims to uphold.

This lie is particularly laugh-worthy coming from an imperial. Exactly how much freedom of speech does the average Amarrian or Ammatar have when there's only one "official" news outlet and all speech is subject to review and/or censure by the Theology Council? When the world is running down, you make the best of what's still around. |

I would imagine 2 possibilities
1) They are saying this to try and gather sympathy for the Amarr as a whole. 2) Lady Katherine will soon "vanish" and find herself as a slave somewhere for daring to express ideals similar to the Federation ideals. |

While I agree that the Empire practices extremely heavy censorship of speech and thought, I'd imagine capsuleers would be able to express themselves more than the average baseliner. Watch Fred Fred Frederation and stop cryptozoologist! Fight against the brutal genocide of fictional creatures across New Eden! Is that a metaphor? Probably not, but the fru-fru- people will sure love it! |

Snort. I'll just leave this here:
"This tendency has led opponents of the Empire to declare the ACN as little more than an Imperial propaganda tool. While this is in some cases a fair assessment, in practice the Empire does little to censor its news agency. The ACN was the first news corporation to cover embarrassing events such as the gruesome public trial of Aritcio Kor-Azor, all in a relatively unbiased and open manner." |
