do they work?
i wana fit a xl shield booster t2 and 1600MM plates on my scorp and i wonder wether it would be worth fitting 1 1600MM and 1 dmg control or another 1600MM plate. since i thank both shield and armor.
i have no med slots left to fit shield boost amps/hardeners so..

yes, they work, but a booster on an ECM scorp is probably a waste of time. wholly armor tank it

people dont normally shield & armour tank at the same time. Do one or t'other, in case of scorp I would really say shield tank with hardners, in which case yes a dmg control is beneficial (extra resist to shield and then longer to kill you once sheild tank fails), if your thinking pvp setup then just go with plates really but all depends, a small gang setup may involve a semi-tank or the like but defintly imo dont do both forms of tanking.

i guess this is going to PvP - an ECM setup. for that you want 2 sensor boosters and 6 ECMs in your mids

my current setup:
sensor booster, cap booster, xl shield booster, scrambler 4x ecm
low: gravi backup array ( it is so embarrasing my scorp got jamed by some dominix pwnd him 20 sec later any way) ballistic control and 2x 1600mm
high: 4x t2 cruise with high precision 1x nosf 1xneut/nosf
EDT: and 3 of those webi drones

i personally only like scorps in groups - where others fit the scramblers and do most of the damage. 150km ECMing 4tw
as for the jamming domi - he wouldn't have got you with another sensor booster and 2 more ECMs

i took down that domi after 20 sec heh :P
i dont like the new ecm being luck-based.
in pvp most people fit ecm and in a gang ecm>tank in all ways.
ecm should be for ships with ecm roles like scorpion and blackbird
