o/ All,
I am currently trying to install a job for Navy Issue Omen. The BPC has the following information:
Licensed Production Runs Remaining - 1 Max Runs Per Blueprint Copy - 15
My understanding of this information is that I can use the BPC once but make a maximum of 15 Nomens for that 1 run. However when I tried to install just 2 runs, (to check if I could make more than one) I received the following message:
"The job cannot be created as the blueprint does not have enough production runs left."
Am I missing something obvious here? Any help is appreciated.

You can make 1 Navy Omen from that BPC.
Licensed runs remaining indicate how many runs total you can make, so in this case, 1
The Max runs per BPC copy is relevant when there is a BPO (which there isn't in this case). When someone is making a BPC from a BPO, the 'max runs per blueprint copy' indicates the maximum number of licensed runs the BPC can be created with. So, if I have a normal Omen BPO, I can choose to make a 1-run copy, a 10-run copy or a 15-run copy but I would get an error if I tried to make a 20-run copy. |

Thank you for the reply.
So my previous understanding would be correct for BPO's only? "Fear the NOOB's.....For we are the mob" |

no, BPOs offer unlimited runs, where each run creates 1 (modules and ships) or multiple (fuel blocks, ammo, ...) items

No, you can make one (1) nomen.
Batch size for ships is one (1). Other Items like ammo have bigger batch sizes.
So you have a copy that could hold a maximum of 15 runs. It has just one run left. That run will produce one navy omen, as the batch size for ships is one. |

No.
BPOs you can make as many runs as you like, the only limit is that a single job may take no more than 30 days. The BPO is not used up and so you can make as many items as you like in total
With BPCs, the Licensed Production Runs Remaining says how many runs you make make before the BPC disappears. The Max runs per copy is only relevant when copying from a BPO. It has no relevance when manufacturing from either. |
