o/ In the Rubicon 1.1 patch a "nerf/buff/change" regarding Tracking Disruptors went live.

My question now is if this also applies to the sansha npc tracking disruption encountered in missions and anomalys. Greetings Warspee

I don't believe changing the base stats on a module will affect npc ewar.

It does not. "CCP is changing policy, and has asked that we discontinue the bonus credit program after November 7th. So until then, enjoy a super-bonus of 1B Blink Credit for each 60-day GTC you buy!"

Changes to player ships and modules don't affect NPC's. If this were true Guristas wouldn't be able to shoot torpedos at 150 km.
There was a reduction in NPC TD a few patches back but I can't recall when. A combination of DPS and range will help overcome TD in most missions. I can't remember the name but there is one that is really annoying. Missile ships are the obvious answer to NPC TD... Of course Marauders if you have the skills. |

This is absolutely, unequivocally true. NPC modules, ewar included, do not follow player rules. The only recent(ish) change to NPC tracking disruption is that it now applies to both optimal and falloff, whereas for many years falloff was unaffected (until Retribution).
Actually, it did get dialed back a notch in a subsequent Retribution patch when it was found that Sansha were TDing a bit much. But nothing since then. |
