Ok here is the deal. There has been this one macro miner in Isanamo who basically runs 3 characters. 2 of the characters have Apoc's decked out with 8 mining lasers, Drones, CPU upgrades and shield boosters/cap boosters. I checked their setup using passive lock and a ship scanner. The third guy is flying an Iteron V loaded with shield boosters, cap charger, and cargo expanders.
Now I have been goign to these guys with my Caracal, stealing their ore to get them to agro me and attack with their lame acolyte drones. After popping the drones and warp jamming them and blowing them up I usualy get alot of ore however this guy has been strip mining the belts for about 3 days now.
Killing him over and over and over again is fun but obviously he has alot of money cuz within a few hours he is back out there with the exact same setup. He is a macrominer for sure as all signs point to yes. He has a lame name like qaqaqa or something like that. Never responds to anythign in local or any chat request. Also attacks the moment I steal ore. I want to report this guy, so how do I do it?

Slightly off topic this, and you probably know it already but I think the passive targeting effect is broken if you use a module like a ship/cargo scanner on the target.
I scanned the cargo hold of a ship the other day after using the passive targeter and got a message from the guy asking why I had scanned him.
Anyway, I'd sit back enjoy just getting free mods over and over again from this guy. __________________________________________________ Join channel FIGHTME to organise hot 1 on 1 PVP action |

So it doesn't break the passive effect?
It was a few minutes later that I got the message, after I'd warped. __________________________________________________ Join channel FIGHTME to organise hot 1 on 1 PVP action |

as far as i know the passive targetter only circumvents the auto lock back function you can still see him having locked you on the overview if you pay attention

There's a group of the same setup that's been dogging Isanamo/Uemisaisen/Ouranienen/Erenta for the past month. Hell, I have them added to my address book so I can tell when they're logged in and macroing. Petition the account to CCP, and in the meantime keep killing them.
