So I logged into Dust and noticed our corp wallet was getting a bit low, so I sent some isk from my EVE account to the corp and when I logged in, there was no change in the balance.
Where did the ISK go? If it doesn't benefit the corp can I get it back? |

Are you lookiing in the correct wallet.
A corp has 7 different wallets.
If you are looking at Master wallet while you transfered ISK to Wallet 7, you won't see a change. Personal channel: Crazy Dutch Guy

Well I donated 5,000,000 to the master wallet, no change. So then I donated 50,000 to the 3rd wallet, no change
It shows in the feed where I did it...but the corporation balance is still the same.
I don't understand where could it have gone? Can I get it back? |

IIRC you can't transfer isk between Eve and Dust

The Eve interface will allow you to send isk but it never actually gets to Dust. Your best bet is to raise a support ticket, they'll be able to tell you for sure whether or not the money actually got to your Dust corp or if it is even possible to transfer isk between the games.

This is correct, they have mentioned that they might change it but no idea when/if that will happen.

Heh. I never claimed that the system wasnt faulty.
Of course it should just crap out and give an error.
What I find weird is that he is sending money to a CORP. A corp isnt fixed to Dust, its something fluid as both EVE and DUST players can be in it (as shown by the OP). And as an EVE player should be able to donate money to a corp, it should just transfer.
This is more then likely just a bug. The no EVE to DUST transactions are on player 2 player transactions. Personal channel: Crazy Dutch Guy

That's what I thought too...I wasn't trying to send ISK to my Dust character because I know you can't do that but I was under the impression that the corp can buy assets and I thought maybe the CEO had bought some assets and just wanted to stock up the wallet a little bit.
*shrugs* this sucks...idk where my isk went but I'd really like to get it back or at least the corp can have it! |

The corp has the isk. Just not in the Corp's Dust wallet.
There is no transfer between the games, at present. Steve Ronuken for CSM 9! https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=4236322 http://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/ Twitter: @fuzzysteve on Twitter |

Every corp in eve essentially has two wallets, one EVE and one DUST.
Sending ISK from an EVE player to the corp will land it in the EVE wallet (and can only be seen by EVE pilots) Sending ISK from a DUST merc will land the ISK in the DUST wallet (and can only be seen by the Mercs)
The ISK is there, just in the wallet where it was sent from, and only accessible from the side that sent it.
