This is what i use...about a months worth of skills.
High: Light Electron II's...AM charge Med: 1mn AB II's, named web, ::scram for PvP:: anyhting in the hanger =\ Low: SMall armor rep II, and 100mm reinforced steel plates II
Critisms desperatly needed im sure, but be gentle...this is my first attempt at a set up. Thanks all of you forum warriors and casual browsers.

Any plate below a 200mm is a waste of a lowslot.
I can't really say what is better without knowing the specifics of your fitting skills, but possible options are...
200mm plate Damage control unit cap relay mag stab
Also for PvP, you want a MWD not an AB.

I'd try a damage control instead of the plates.
almost as much resist as a energized adaptive membrane, plus making your shields last slightly longer... plus those hull resists can be very handy sometimes....

personally, i'd drop the rep, put an MAPC, and then put the biggest damn plate you can fit(400mm iirc) your in a T1 frig, so keep in mind your more than likely dead if your targeted anyway
downside, you need to repair after battles(friend with a small armor rep drone works) ------- ugg I broke my mod'd sig

Edited by: Jimmycs83 on 10/05/2006 13:15:43 ive been playing round with an incursus for a while now and have reached a few conclusions - firstly that it has ok speed and close to the best (if not the best) damage of any T1 frig - it is however paper thin - personally i play to its strenghts rather than trying to make it more survivable - but then i dont fly it solo so i fit something like
3*T2 neutron blaster MWD,web scram micro aux power core, nanofiber - this still leaves me with enough grid to use something decent in the last lows but practically no CPU, hence the nano T2 warrior
edit : forgot the T2 light drone
