I need to know if T2 manufacturers make their own R.A.M modules or buy them off the market

At this time I buy everything off the market except minerals and some of the T1 items. It is easier that way and I can focus my lines on T2 modules. |

Figure out how much profit there in in manufacturing them, multiply by how many you need per job. Then figure out if it's worth your time building them or not. I do both. Same with components.
Just look at the ISK/hr of making them yourself, and compare it to the isk/hr of your other things. Admittedly, with R.A.M. it tends to be better to buy them, as I make more on the other things I could be making. I buy them, via buy orders that are station-specific, but somewhat overpriced.
I'd rather pay 125% of 'fair' price for my RAMs (0.5% of the cost of most items) and have them available before I need them, than pay 90% of 'fair price' but have supply line delays hold up my production for six hours.
If the price on a particular RAM is 75k (sell orders) and 60k (buy orders) at trade hubs, I'll set a buy order for 250 units at 80-85k at the station I build at. It usually fills in hours. https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=326497 --áPsychotic Monk for CSM! https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=238931 - an idea for a new form of hybrid PVE/PVP content.
