Alright I wasnt sure if this was the right place to put this so please adv me of that first.
What I am looking for is a place for me and my 6 other characters to begin mining, We have no corp and would like one, we have not played since 2010 and use to mine ice but am unsure if its still profitable to mine ice, we enjoy mining and would like to continue so if your corp is looking for a bunch of miners let me know, we also have 1 person working on finishing an orca for boosting.
What we are looking for is: 1) a corp 2) information on mining ice with the changes
We plan to farm plex to pay for our accounts while another character on each account is trained for stealth bombers & blops. |

If you plan to mine in high sec (and you probably should) you DO NOT want to be in a player corp. I can't stress this enough. Due to the wardec rules and due to the current trend in high sec pvpers to safari and awox mining corps, you need to stay in the npc corps unless you can find a null sec renter corp who will take you.
If you choose to ignore my advice and join a highsec mining corp, please remember this post after a corp mate brutally murders all your stuff. I would really appreciate you coming back and giving a "like" to this post at that point. That way I will know the last 90 seconds of my life weren't wasted. thank you. Start with the wiki link that was linked by a person who didn't even read what he linked." Theres a reason I play eve XD |

Lol...this is only true if the leadership sucks. Wardecs are easily avoided, and AWOXers are only a problem if the corp leadership doesn't know what they're doing. no not true.
They should stay in NPC corp if they mine in highsec until they will learn to avoid gankers and how to deal with wardecs then they can join an indy corp.
Regarding mining I'll give you the golden advice...
Mining is like combat you need to balance your yield and tank so same way you won't fit all low slots of your pimped nacy apocalypse with only heat-sinks same way don't fit all low slots of your mining barrage with MLUs. balance it so you got good tank and good yield. Most of your yield is from skills and T2 strip miners, u can get some nice cheap yield implants also if you like but truly tnak your mining ships and don't mine afk.
