Hi CCP,
Please just revert NOS to how it used to work back in the good old days. So it leeches the full amount until the enemy's cap is dry.
Neuts are still far better 90% of the time. NOS is balanced vs neuts by requiring much more CPU and taking much less cap. The Bloodraider pirate ship changes could (& should) be better than what is proposed.
Like if you agree folks, flame if you want to strongly disagree - but don't expect my opinion to change. Thanks. |

Yep, and it got me thinking. Old NOS was just better than current NOS. Blood ships should be OLD NOS on steroids.
Thanks. |

I think we should have a plex launcher. It fires a plex at high speeds dealing several million omni-damage. We're winning the war if it says so on CAOD! -á

I like that nos isn't automatically filling utility high slots anymore.

Old NOS was a bit to powerful, which could be seen easy as whenever someone had a spare highslot, it got a NOS crammed in. NOS was especially powerful on ships that didn't need (much) cap to run, able to nullify caphungry ships this way.
To know how good it was, get one of the Bloodraider ships after they boost them and fly around, shutting down caphungry ships permanently by NOS (and feeding you energy!) Dragonaurs Saara Humo and Tuohmirasen Oittakko slain at Mastakomon -á Caldari Navy organizes a manhunt on Provist Raiders!-á |

Ahaa haa haa, neuts and nos. You can't blow up a ship so you drain it. That's so funny. Whatever wizard introduced this should be pinned...to the wall. Cap warfare. Man.
Pick one or the other. Next thing you know we'll be circumventing imaginary physics with ships that can cyno fleets into the middle of a system...no...wait.... I have sworn upon the altar of God eternal hostility toward every form of tyranny over the mind of man.-á |

Blood Raiders won't be as good as old NOS, the target ship will still need cap to give you cap. It won't give you cap if they are on 0. |

Old NOS was OP. The NOS changes that were made recently made (mainly large) NOS usage in ships somewhat impractical. NOS modules are getting a RoF buff to compensate. Blood Raider ships are getting part of the old NOS formula back as a rare pirate bonus.

With the range on NOS that Domi does not need sentries. You dont see them often, but if you can get them to the target a swarm of Ogre II are fierce. |
