It would be really nice to he able to send out Exit Interview eve-mails to ex-members but I can't find a way to tell when someone leaves the corporation.
Is there a role for this?
I just need to get a notification of some kind when someone Quits Corporation and know who it was that left.
Possible? Not possible? |

You be a good CEO and you take the time to learn the names of your members.
Maybe even communicate with them regularly, building relationships.
Then if/when they leave, you having been a proactive CEO, will notice and know. Proof of lying in thread.

You receive a notification when a member leaves.
What kind of CEO are you that you don't notice this?? |

You could always grab the corps roll all and compare against the last snapshot.
Display changes and know who is joining and leaving.

You can tell the health of an organization by the reserved parking spots. When there are no reserved spots and the boss is one of the first to show up, you know it's a good organization. Bring back DEEEEP Space! |

Exit interview mails!?!?! LOL!
Why did you decide to leave our corp? Ran out of stuff to take, and you ran out of mining ops and mission nights for me to awox.
Is there anything we could have done to make your experience with us better? Consider fitting faction strip miners and using bling fit mission ships, also you could have given me roles so I could have taken the POS too.
Would you ever consider coming back to us? Would you be braindead enough to hire me back?
Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings? |

Negative. I have all my alts as director in my corp. When someone leaves only Reaper gets the notice. No one else. I have suprized directors in the past when I would '**** xxx just left the corp' They did not get the memo. Only the CEO does. |

I do that, I tend to send a note, when I actually am in the 'I care about my corp' mode. I usually ask 'So why did you quit?' Most people reply. Shady ones tend not too. |

Information should trickle upwards. You've got better **** to worry about as CEO but your directors should have open enough communication with the memberbase to know what's going on. When I was CEO of Pixel navigators most of our members who were useful would actually let the directors know they were leaving and why before they left corp.
Basically you may need to manage your directors better |

Also, as another thought, does anyone know if it would be possible with some sort of API tool to get this kind of information without having to be CEO? Basically, attempting to delegate the responsibilities of member retention to someone that is not the CEO requires that someone aside from the CEO be able to tell who leaves. Possible or not? |
