I would venture to say that due to the fact TBB can pour an obscene amount of ISK into its defense and POS infrastructure, that station is most likely the toughest station in all of EVE. Perhaps next time you'll pick a more realistic target.

And my alliance? We reside in -LV- Space
if this is the case i would be very quiet on the forums to who you **** off i think that LV would not like a fleet of hostile ship running around your oppps no there space....
As our standings and situation is good with LV we will not be visiting you in there space.
I would lobby LV leaders to shut this ***** up because he gonna cause you bigger problems than me in the long run...
Frag out.
O we will not be returning to BWF straight away and the people that say the sytem is well held IT IS
we did have our capital ship fleet there all you have to do is ask tbb....
but taking BB was never in he contract but announcing that as part of the contract was agreed.... I would like to say out employer is satisfied and has also got a new target that we are considering,.,
all i have to say is EL OH EL. "but taking BB was never in he contract but announcing that as part of the contract was agreed."
you guys are a complete joke. yes, i can verify (because i was there during the "invasion" of BWF) that their massive capital fleet of 1 (yes, 1 single) carrier totally owned Blue.
and whats really interesting, is that they didnt start tearing down their POS until a FEW HOURS before Blue had planned to start sieging it. they tore it down in such a hurry that they actually put their equipment in haulers and had to leave them (ie: just log the chars or eject from ships) in deep space safe spots to keep them from getting destroyed.
now lets think about this.... what are the chances that their "friends" called them and convinced them to leave literally hours before a siege of their POS began? whats more logical is one of their spies found out about the siege and told them they better get out of dodge with as much equipment as possible to save as much face as possible. and to spare as much embarrasment as possible they decided to pull out and "go help their friends in need".
look guys, just admit that you bit off more than you could chew and decided to go elswhere. |

did happen, but not because of any prior knowledge that TBB were coming. We were pulling out on orders to stage in Nonni.

Very real. In fact you can read about it in the Summits forums.
Oh, and that, dear hangovur, is what a 'friend' is. A true friend comes to the aide unquestionably and without hesitation - something about that word 'unconditional' - it's a wonderful thing really. Do you have friends like that and would you go to their aide as quickly and as unconditionally??
I'm truly sorry you're so upset by the turn of events that pulled us away from you. Truly, if you are that upset with us... come find us and tell us with your guns, because as much as you do care, we don't care but would be more than happy to listen to your complaints via the beautiful sound of our shield's taking minimal hits and your ships exploding.

Ok this whole thread has become one big pool of ****.
For those of you saying how convienent it is that Frag and his crew went off to Dek to 'supposedly' help FLA should do a little research first. Frag, Me, and most of Burn Eden(Sorry to drag you into this but I kinda had too) have known the leaders behind FLA for over 2yrs(I've known them just under 2yrs but I started later than them) So quit with that crap.

and btw, pls, if your going to quote me quote the whole sentance. i didnt ask what the odds of your "friend" asking for help, i asked what brought them to convince you just a few hours before we were going to take out your POS. i bet that was an easy sell.... holy crap, we're about to lose our second POS to big blue....... hey "friend", do you need help? why yes, we would love to help you.

TBH, this has nothing to do with the fact that they wentto help their friends. What this does have to do with is the post that was made explaining that Alektraphobia was contracted to remove the Big Blue from their claimed area, and that Alek would take however long was needed to do it. They also posted that they were hired to do this, and I don't know about you, butif I was their employer I would be suitably ****ed that they haven't achieved any of their goals as stated and decided to remove any pressure they had generated on TBB and go off and fight somewhere else. ----------------------

I would strongly suggest tha Tbb stay out of this thread before we come back not under contract but of our own free will... I would think after closing your space down for 3 weeks you would have wanted this thread to die.
For the last time.. We left to help FLA we have now done this and are on about our buisness...
the employer is more than happy with the results of what we did... i will get a posto n that although I have no clue why trin not done it as yet.
GF to Tbb sorry we left early and I am sure this is by no means the last you will have heard of us,,,,
As for the rest of my Guys well done we contained a system ewe may not have taken in as first planned and contravted to do so but what good was them having sov while we controled the space the had it in ??
Gf to all and now can everyone els that has no clue stfu and go get drunk

How many TBB POS's did u kill?
OK, im only gonna post once because i find it beyond amazement that after the amount of posts from us, from FLA, from NFC and from BE you still think we are lying.
Do you honestly think that we sat there and thought...
'hmm, this aint working out... i know lets convo FLA, get them to pretend NFC have removed thier docking rights and are shooting them, then we shall get NFC to have a couple of fights with us, oh and for good measure we will get Burn Eden up there with us to really make it look like somethings really going on and so we just had to go when in fact TBB absolutly owned us with thier ability to keep us out of their system, the losses we have taken are inhumane!
Thank the lord for FLA being able to convince the EVE community they are telling the truth, we are saved!!'
Yeah, didn't think so...

Frag has been good friends with some of the FLA leadership for a long time. We appreciate all the help he has given us.
We did not pay anything, and were not requested to do so. Indeed, when FLA leadership spoke about it, Frag refused, in his own special way.
Anyway, for the last time, cheers mates. It was a blast, hope to see ya soon.

You know what, I'm sure you guys are friends and I'm sure they came up to help you out of a sticky situation. Having read Shin Ra's post, it actually sounds like it was cool. I am also sure that's all completely besides the point (at least for this thread).
The [POKE] crew has been getting ripped up, down and sideways not becuase they may acutally have friends somewhere but because they came to the forums as a merc corp, loudly pounded their chests, clearly stated their goals against TBB and proceeded to completely and totally fail at acheiving any of them.
There really is no cloud of forum ***** smoke dense enough to obscure that simple, unalterable, fact.

OK, This aint a flame you have a good point BOB boy, by pure measureable objectives we did complete very few.
But i cannot see how you can call us failures when for a minimum 18 of the 24 hours god gives us in a day BWF was impossible to be in.
We dropped local from 100 a night, to 20 with around 15 being ourselves... IN A WEEK!
No one could pass thro, no one could trade, no one could rat, no one could take a crap in the god damn blue pill without us in some way making it sodding difficult or impossible.
Say we managed to lockdown NOL-M9, we had the gates camped, a POS active and a fleet in your system for pretty much the entire day... Would you want us out? Of course you would, you would gather a fleet and come fighting for your space.
The truth is TBB didn't wanna fight, we couldn't make them, they were happy to sit in POS's all day or fly around in covert-ops and let their system sit in lockdown. Then they employed goon fleet to come and lag the system out with kestrels on the day we left (3 weeks later)
That means it took them three whole weeks to just start to try and get their system back. Before that the resistace we met was so poor i think we all pretty much passed the time gatecamping talking in Alliance chat about how disapointed we were at TBB.
The fact is we cant make someone fight who doesn't want to, thats why everyone see's us as failures, because we didn't rack up a massive killboard... But the thing is we didn't need to kill TBB to fulfil our employers needs, so did we fail... nope, i wouldn't say we did. Others will disagree and i know that, but the sooner the eve community realises that kill boards are not a show of success and do not prove whether we are a good Merc Alliance the sooner you will be able to post in our threads without flaming us.
Oh and by the way, any damn corp in the game with a good capital fleet could take TBB's space off them with ease, it really is stupid how much of a fight they put up for their home. So get your Naglfar's out ladies.

Speaking of failiure; did your alliance not claim it would remove IMP from aridia in a campaign a while ago? That has not been done.
Did your alliance not also claim they would wipe out Stain Alliance? That has not been done either. The SA campaign ended exactly the way I predicted; Band of Brothers failed to cause any damage to SA and then proclaimed they couldn't be arsed to fight them anymore.
By your logic you are the ones who "completely and totally fail"
But that is beside the point, Frag's crew is a good one and I'm certain they'll do 1000% better at their mission than the common bob/bob alts predict.

Come on guys, it's all good. No need to lose sleep over it, nor is there a need to flame us. I mean really...I know we kick it. My alliance knows we kick it. Deklein knows we kick it. Syndicate knows we kick it.
That's what we do... and we kick the cat and have fun
At the end of the day...isn't that what really matters?
/too bad really that we cause others not to have fun (but I try to make it fun for them, too - just ask hangovur , but hey... it's the way it goes).

So if TBB don't fight you win, even if you're not really bothering them.
If TBB do fight you then you win, because you're "having fun" and fulfilling your contract.
I find it very hard to believe that if TBB didn't fight you (which I don't believe for a minute) it was because they couldn't. I think if they didn't fight you it wsa because they didn't care. I would certainly never hire you for any job more difficult than forum smack.

I'm not quite sure why you guys are flaming BoB. At the time of your invasion I was a member of LIH. In fact, I was the main architect of the balance of the TBB pos defense net in BWF. At that time, when you were talking about sieging pos's, you were talking about me. But you knew that already. Right?
As for locking down the system. There were certainly times you guys had the system. On the other hand, I never had any trouble getting freighters of fuel for the pos's in...... In fact, I never even had to dust off the reserves.
So whatever, like Trinity said, it's all in good fun. Like [POKE]'ing your soft spots while I'm bored at work, for example.
Speaking of which, time to head home.
